Spring - Menu

Spring is a great place to have an exceptional dining experience. The food is atypical and wonderful. Alton Brown from the Food channel was there having a meal, so enough said.

First time last night, will definitely return. Skirt steak was amazing. The vegetables were fresh, correctly prepared, and served warm. I don't appreciate my hot food served at room temperature.

I had a wonderful dining experience at this charming restaurant with delicious, seasonal dishes. I can't wait to return! I had the pleasure of meeting the creative chef, Brian, and his wife, who were both very friendly. Our waitress, Claire, was attentive and provided excellent service. The Marietta Square is a fantastic and beautiful nighttime spot to visit.

Amazing once again! Very small menu but each dish is thoughtfully prepared and presented beautifully. Great compact wine list and all aspects of the restaurant are an amazing value. One of my top 5 BEST meals in a while and continue to share this gem with other foodies I know. Will continue to visit as the menu changes seasonally to showcase the freshest and best available to the chef.

Aw man, I really wanted this to be 5 stars but boy was I disappointed. Specifically to the reviewer gloating about having eatin at Alain Ducasse, Guy Savoy, French Laundry, etc... and comparing it here... really?? I don't think I was ever served plain peas and carrots at places similar to those, and certainly not in any brassieries. MAN ugh, I wanted to like this place so bad, but everything was off. We ordered both snacks, all 3 starters, and the lamb and halibut entrees. View menu

Only been here a couple or three times over the years, I suppose because it is so hard to get a table and Im a last minute type of guy. The food and service were absolutely amazing. I loved the oysters, the chicken pate/pistachio was to die for, the sunchoke soup stupendous, and the lobster with butternut squash and pasta was perfection. I will be making plans ahead of time to visit Spring more often. The small intimate space ensure the highest quality of food found anywhere

I had a fantastic experience at Spring as always. The menu is well-thought-out, with splendid ingredients and flawless execution from appetizers to dessert. This is a place to savor your meal slowly and appreciate every bite. If you're not someone who enjoys taking your time with food, this may not be the place for you. It's a true gem in Marietta for those who have a passion for food and appreciate the art of its preparation. Two members of our group had recently been to Paris and they mentioned that the meal was just as good as any they had in Paris.

We celebrated my daughter's birthday at Spring. My husband and I shared a salad with fresh peaches, served with pecans on the side as my husband has an allergy. My daughter and her boyfriend enjoyed the steak tartare, which was well seasoned and marinated. For our main courses, we had snapper, flat iron steak, and pork loin, all of which were delicious. I brought an ice cream cake from outside, and the staff kindly accommodated by storing it in their freezer for a small fee. The servers even helped with putting candles on the cake and singing happy birthday. This was our second visit to Spring and my daughter's fourth or fifth.
