"First time eating here. Wanted to check it out as we heard good things about it. The food was good we ordered turkey club, the brunch burger, and a Joe's chicken deluxe crispy chicken sandwich. Have no complaints about the food all our meals came with fries and coleslaw. Service started out well. Waitress was very nice got our drink order, took our food order was friendly throughout. However after we received our food we didn't see our waitress again. My wife had to go up to the counter to get her own to go box and we had to go to the counter to get our check. Overall I would recommend checking it out"

We travel quite often between the Keweenaw and lower Michigan, and we've stopped at the Truck Stop many times. Always bustling with people. Good food and great service.

I had one of the most delightful breakfasts I've ever had! The French toast was incredibly soft and fluffy, while the bacon was perfectly crispy and juicy. The staff were friendly, and the coffee was served piping hot.

Girls weekend and breakfast out is a must. Delicious food, very clean, excellent service. Our waitress was Kandy and she did a great job. We go here every time we're in St. Ignace. It's great for breakfast. We'll definitely be back.

We were greeted with a smile the moment we walked in the door. The waitress was right on top of things. The food was prepared in a timely manner. It was a great meal with good portions and at a good price! We will definitely eat there again! View menu

Poor service!! Waited over 30 minutes for breakfast after taking orders. Others came in after us and got their food before us. When I asked the waitress was very crabby. Not sure what happened to our meal. Will never go back when we're in the area.

The service at this restaurant was quite disappointing. The two women taking orders appeared unfriendly and often just stared instead of delivering proper service. Their rude and unwelcoming attitude contributed to an uncomfortable experience. It seemed as though their only concern was to close the restaurant by 10 PM.

I ordered the perch basket, which included only three small pieces of perch, a large portion of fries, and a small container of coleslaw. I've been to this place every time I've visited the North, but this time I was quite disappointed with both the price and the amount of fish served. I even asked the waitress about it, and after she checked with the cook, she confirmed that this was the standard portion for the basket. I won't be coming back! View menu

The Truck Stop is open 24 hours and we wanted an early breakfast. My husband ordered the biscuits and gravy: a huge portion with more sausage than usual and homemade biscuits. I had two eggs over easy, home fries (over-done), and bacon (crispy and delicious). Our server worked formerly worked at The Galley in St. Ignace; she was always friendly and efficient. Nice to see her at the Truck Stop. The food and service were excellent and the price was reasonable.

The food at this restaurant is absolutely delightful and comes with a wonderful range of options. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. We visited while traveling out of state with our kids and enjoyed every dish we tried! The corn dog was enormous, the fries were delicious, and my tween said it was the best chicken sandwich she’s ever had—quite a compliment since she is selective about her sandwiches! I opted for the steak bowl, which was incredibly tender. We would certainly make it a priority to stop here again. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!

"My visit there was 8/20/2023. I had no idea the portions was HUGE. This place is absolutely the best after spending a day on Mackinac Island. I ordered the Salmon, lobster mac cheese, n a cranberry/oj drink and had water too. The lobster mac and cheese was huge portion for 1 person. I had to take home leftovers from the dinner. The service was good. The only issue I had is my salmon. It comes with some spicy sauce added on. I had asked they do not put it on there. Yet, it came out with it on. Be aware of the 4% transaction fee you 'll be charged for using your card and that can be expensive. My charge was 1.85 for that 4%. I work in the EFT (ie electronic fund transfer...another words...payments) industry. With inflation and all....4% for a transaction fee i think is a bit much. I know there 's a fee per transaction that Visa, MasterCard, Amex and Discover charge, but it 's not 4%. There are additional charges that the fee is for and the merchant should for non-transparency identify the REAL charges for the fee is. Because of the wording on the receipt non cash adjustment to someone who doesn 't know EFT world would have no idea what that means. It references the 4% customer service charge. Furthermore, calling it that is to me thinking it 's more of a tipping charge. Again, bad customer presentation. Thus, why I gave my overall experience a 3 n not a 5 Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: 50–100 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5"
