"Employees lack necessary skills to manage challenges when faced with long lines, food shortage or out of stock notifications, ie, if you run out of meatballs at 430, post signs to let guests know so after waiting in line for 20 minutes they won't be forced to find an alternate item or just leave all together. I went at 10:15 in the night one and two men under the names alex and young were incredibly extraordinary. amazing customer service, great personality and just all around great youngs! lads made my sandwich perfect and they both wanted us to have a great 4th and stay safe! I had to let someone know how great they were in the hope that the owner would see it.
