"I ordered a sandwich online on 1/13/23 and then received a call from the Cleves Subway restaurant informing me that they didn 't have the ingredients to make my sandwich. I asked them how I could get my money back (which I had paid online) and they were unable to help me out in getting a refund they suggested looking for a help button on the app. Once I found the help button, I found that Subway doesn 't have a call center that you can call, only a help page that you can submit your issue. I submitted my issue to the help page and received an automated email reply stating that my concern would be directed to the correct department. Two weeks have passed and I still haven 't received correspondence from Subway corporate so I called the store again and asked for the owner to call me. As of today, I have not received a call from the owner of the store or anyone else at Subway. While the app is fairly easy to use, and I 've gotten good service from this particular store in the past, it 's unlikely that I 'll order anything from Subway in the future...all over a $7 sandwich."

Most of my sandwich was lettuce, 1 piece of meat and no cheese. Very dissatisfied, on top of it when you checkout they ask for a tip.. this location continues to disappoint. We'll eat at home.

This is my local restaurant and frequented there a couple times a month. The female sandwich makers do not have their hair up while making your food. This is unsanitary and not ok. I will not be coming to this location any longer.

Worst Subway I've ever had. Bread was over cooked and hard as a rock. Very little topping. I'll never come back to this location. The food and service has done nothing but decline over the 9yrs I've lived near by. Great subway. The staff was extremely courteous and clean. The sandwiches at all subways have taken a downturn since the pandemic, but thats the corporations fault. I may take a break from subway till they figure something out. Clean and okay. Meh. Vegetarian options: Subway has plenty of veggies as we all know. Throw em on a sub! Dietary restrictions: Always easy to eat healthy at subway. Parking: Shopping center parking. Not many cars.

This is the worst experience I've ever had at Subway. We've never been fond of this location anyway because they don't honor most of the discounts on the app. The app doesn't work either. When I asked the female employee what deals were on the app, she said I don't know and then refused to respond to any further questions. She was not courteous, she did not once smile and she rang my order up before my sandwich was even started and made me pay. (The male employee making the sandwiches did just fine). Then the female employee proceeded to smash and hack my sandwich. It was a complete mess and unappetizing when I got home. There were also large stems of spinach and the caps to the banana that...
