"I visited the restaurant on Friday, May 20, 2022, just before 5 PM. The shorter Caucasian server noticed there was hardly enough tuna in the bowl for my sandwich and bluntly said, "We're out of tuna." Instead of preparing a fresh bowl, she kept swiping at the nearly empty one. When I asked about it, she insisted I got my two scoops, but they were more like two half scoops. However, this review isn't solely about the tuna; it's about the way I was treated, which came across with a clear air of disdain for even asking. This was honestly the first time I encountered a Subway employee who didn’t make an effort to be fair or pleasant. I guess I should have expected this since I was wearing gym clothes. It seems I made a mistake by choosing the Hugo Subway."

I ultimately decided not to order and walked out. Why would I spend my money at a place that can’t even say hello to a customer?
