"This bar appears to be run by a liberal owner! After finishing work late, we found ourselves with limited dining options, and this was the only place open. Upon entering, a tall man approached us and asked to see our carry permits because he noticed we had guns. Clearly, he wasn’t aware that Tennessee allows constitutional carry! I have my concealed carry permit, but my firearm is too large to conceal under yoga pants. My husband attempted to explain the law to him, but he insisted he knew it and then questioned whether we intended to drink. We don’t drink and had no plans to do so, which seemed like his excuse for denying us the right to carry inside. After we clarified that we don’t drink, he continued to press for our permits. Frustrated, we left and found a restaurant that respects the Constitution! The Outpost has excellent food, friendly staff, and a welcoming atmosphere. Additionally, the owner has seen my firearm before and is an American who isn’t intimidated by a 100-pound woman wanting to feel safe! Just a heads up though—they don’t have air conditioning, only box fans! Some of our coworkers visited about a month ago, and the air conditioning wasn’t working then either!"

Amazing wings! Our server recommended the wings with Queen Bee sauce, and wow, they were fantastic. She also suggested the pickle tini, which was incredible as well. Thank you, Julie—you were wonderful!

The restaurant had a cool vibe and our server was awesome.Unfortunately, two of the seven of us ordered the chicken caesar wrap and both ended up with severe food poisoning.If you look at my reviews, I don’t give bad reviews easily, but after three days of suffering, Sunken Ship gets one star.

We’ve been coming to the sunken ship for years, but went there yesterday. The service and the food stunk took a long time to get our waitress at the end of the bar, eating her own food and not waiting on us, giving the other younger waitress a hard time, The food was half the size I even mentioned it to the manager, which Acted like she can care less so needless to say we won’t be back Food: 1

I waited an hour for the entrees, but only a quarter of the items I ordered were delivered. It took 20 minutes just to receive a single appetizer. The service was extremely poor—I went about 20 minutes with an empty drink. The food tasted okay, but I would never choose to wait an hour for an average burger. Two groups that arrived after us received their meals before we even got our burger, and they had only been there for about 20 minutes. Overall, it was a terrible experience. They couldn't even provide us with seasoned fries when we asked for them.
