"I hate to write a negative review as this was my favorite place to eat but seriously customer service is not important. We waited 40 minutes for 3 hamburgers. I would not had been so mad if people arrived after us got their food before us then here is the real thing that outraged me. A young girl and her friend come in hand write her own order and have it in 15 minutes. After all other customers were repeatedly asking about there orders!!!! Rediculous. I am so disappointed. I have been coming here for a long time and love my morning cheeseburger! Hate your young staff is causing these mishaps I sure hope for improvement."

"Casual dining at its finest! Prices range from $20-30 per person for dinner. The food is top-notch, earning a perfect 5 rating. The service is excellent, also receiving a 5. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, another 5 rating. Don't miss out on the Okra and Hushpuppies, as well as the Smoked Catfish Bites with 2 Catfish Fillets - highly recommended!"

"This bar appears to be run by a liberal owner! After finishing work late, we found ourselves with limited dining options, and this was the only place open. Upon entering, a tall man approached us and asked to see our carry permits because he noticed we had guns. Clearly, he wasn’t aware that Tennessee allows constitutional carry! I have my concealed carry permit, but my firearm is too large to conceal under yoga pants. My husband attempted to explain the law to him, but he insisted he knew it and then questioned whether we intended to drink. We don’t drink and had no plans to do so, which seemed like his excuse for denying us the right to carry inside. After we clarified that we don’t drink, he continued to press for our permits. Frustrated, we left and found a restaurant that respects the Constitution! The Outpost has excellent food, friendly staff, and a welcoming atmosphere. Additionally, the owner has seen my firearm before and is an American who isn’t intimidated by a 100-pound woman wanting to feel safe! Just a heads up though—they don’t have air conditioning, only box fans! Some of our coworkers visited about a month ago, and the air conditioning wasn’t working then either!"

"The service was excellent! But, I was expecting more from the restaurant, the dinner was something that looked microwaved , the breakfast consisted of danish rolls and hard boiled eggs from a bag. I expected more from a nice restaurant on the water. Theview was amazing, the food, not so much! Really, it was too expensive for something microwaved, I had the smothered chicken andit just looked (and tasted) like some sautéed veggies with steamed cheese. Not the runny kind , but like bag cheese heated.Also, got the appetizer of sausage and cheese. It was like an adult lunchable with heated bbq sauce. Was not happy with thedinner or complimentary breakfast. As for the stay, it was great! Beautiful balconies! Beautiful sceneries! The food was not upto par for the hotel"
