"I 've ordered from here for YEARS and this is the first and last time I order from them. The calamari I ordered alongside the football pizza was disappointing. I called and even asked to speak to the manager and all he said was sorry we 're under new management and the portions were wrong before. The calamari was 5 pieces... I kid you not. Awful response to a loyal customer and awful portion sizing now with new management according to the manager."

I just ordered a pizza, and there's hardly any sauce on it! I can't believe I just spent nearly $50 on this!

The pizza had an odd smell, and I'm not sure if it was due to the chicken topping or the pizza itself. Unfortunately, it was inedible.

In my opinion, they have the best pizza on the NorthWestSide of Chicago. The ribs? Not so much. We will definitely continue to order pizza from Suparossa but probably not anything else from there.

Used to live in the neighborhood for a long time and frequented here. Haven’t been around in about 7 years the quality has not slipped. I recently visited and was reminded of the how great this place is over any other pizza spot close to it. Pasta is also delicious.

I've been ordering from this place since I was a kid, and the food is fantastic for a great price. It's so good that even after moving out of state, I've made road trips just to get their pizza. It has become a tradition for me to enjoy Suparossa pizza every time I'm back in town. The service is also excellent—some of the nicest people I've ever met! View menu

I have placed orders from this restaurant before. The first time was great. The next time wasn't that good, but I thought maybe an off night. So I ordered again last night. It was terrible! My lasagna was watery and ice cold. I was charged for a side of meatballs but did not receive it. So disappointing. Really don't think I will be going back to them again.

We ordered the chicken parmesan and fettuccine Alfredo, both of which came with a choice of soup or salad. The portions were generous—enough for two people to easily share. However, the chicken was a bit dry and only okay in taste. Overall, both dishes were decent but not memorable. While we waited, we enjoyed a cocktail and a glass of wine in the main bar area, and they brought our food to us there when it was ready.

"Tempesta is arguably one of the best sandwich shops in the city. They make a lot of their meats in house and use high quality ingredients so you know you’re getting the good stuff. Not only can you get a great sandwich, you can purchase most of their meats to go as well as other small artisanal grocery items. I have tried almost every sandwich they have on the menu but my top two choices would be the #1 The Dante and the #2 Yo! Vincenzo! The Dante is their version of a classic Italian sandwich but a bit on the spicier side. The Yo Vincenzo is a chicken parm and I personally think it’s the best chicken parm sandwich in the city. The chicken is perfectly crispy, and they use just the right amount of sauce where it doesn’t get soggy. Both of these sandwiches come on their fresh baguette which helps set them apart from other sandwich spots in Chicago just because of how good it is. The B Franklin is also a great option, and if you’re starving get the Wagyu Pastrami but be warned it is a very heavy sandwich because of that Wagyu. The last pro tip I’ll add in here is order your sandwich ahead of time if you’re doing takeout. This is a very popular spot and is always busy during the lunch rush so if you wait to order until you arrive you may need to wait for 10-15 minutes. That should speak to how good this place is because it’s in such high demand, so if you’re in Chicago make sure you stop in!"
