"After I checked in, the inviting aroma of the restaurant was a delightful welcome after my morning of traveling. Josie greeted me and recommended the chicken sandwich. I must say, it was the best roasted chicken sandwich I've ever had—absolutely amazing! I polished off my plate completely. The sweet potato sauce was also divine. It was just after lunch, but well before they closed at two on Saturday, and there were only a few tables occupied. The service was excellent. Another couple arrived close to closing time, and the staff warmly invited them to sit and order. This place truly embodies warm hospitality. I can’t wait to return next time I’m in the area!"

I enjoyed the breakfast buffet at Sway. The variety and quality of the dishes were impressive, but what truly stood out was the service. We were attended to by a lovely lady who was incredibly friendly and warm. I'm sad to be leaving Atlanta.

We had a great time having breakfast here after staying at the hotel. The staff was awesomme and personable. The food was fresh and good. We had a much better experience at sway than at 23 floors food wise. We would absolutely come here again

Lovely grilled steak salad, large dinner portion. And pie bar is yummy. Tomato jam with the mini muffins and biscuits was so good had to bring some home. Half kale salad and cup corn chowder we're good as well. Breakfast buffet is good as well.

We stayed at the hotel during Market, and dined twice out of convenience. Staff was very nice. Was very dirty, floors looked like not swept in days. Table cleaned but sticky. Breakfast buffet $26, and nothing was hot. 3-4 salt/pepper shakers empty before found one. Dinner buffet $25 and again luke-warm. We dined elsewhere.

We were quickly seated but then overlooked by the waitstaff for a whole hour, while they attended to groups that arrived after us. Even after we tried to get their attention, we were told they would be with us shortly, yet entire parties were seated, served, and left before we even managed to place our drink orders. For over $25 per person, I would expect at least some basic service. To make matters worse, we all ended up feeling unwell afterward.

We used to stay at this hotel and always got the breakfast buffet here, but we were too late this morning, so we went for lunch. I know this place is overpriced because they are in a hotel, but come on: $4 for an iced tea? My shrimp and grits were $26 and did not pass this Southern chef's muster. I have to give this restaurant a 5 star because I had a great experience. Antoinet was my server and she was fantastic! She was welcoming, knowledgeable and delivered great suggestions. I finished ordering the Fritten Chicken only because many reviews. She suggested adding honey and cool sauce. It was delicious, moist, crispy and good taste. Then she smashed ginger cake... oh man, she was right to light, ginger and not too sweet. Thanks to Antoinet, I had a great experience.

The restaurant is located next to the lobby of the Hyatt Regency, which can make it a bit noisy due to the open wall leading to the lobby and main entrance. The food was average overall. We ordered a Ribeye, a Caesar salad, and fried green tomatoes as an appetizer, which turned out to be the highlight of the meal. The all-you-can-eat option didn't seem appealing throughout the evening. There were only three types of cake available, and they were too rich and unusual for our liking. Our server was okay, but didn't appear very enthusiastic about being there.
