"We enjoyed our lunch at Tavern on the Square, Lowell very much. We were a party of and none of us had dined here before. The menu is large and has something for everyone! We had excellent service, the food was very good. All Covid requirements were in place and we were comfortable dining inside. The only concern was that some orders were not as hot as they should be on serving. For that reason, I am giving stars to this establishment"

Brian was a great waiter. Very friendly and attentive. The hostess was a bit rudedon't know her name. The food was very good. But I was disappointed that you wouldn't make a simple substitution. I like fruit on my pancakes. I did not like your current choices, so asked if I could substitute strawberries. I got a firm we don't allow that. Not very customerfriendly. But all else was good
