"We visited this restaurant primarily for the beers, and in that aspect, they did not disappoint. The selection was good, and the quality was solid. However, the location left much to be desired. Outside seating means you're essentially dining on the roadside, with your view dominated by parked cars and passing traffic. As for the food, it was a mixed bag. The veggie pizza had a nice crispy crust but lacked flavor. The queso and salsa were odd (an abundance of chips with meager portions of queso and salsa), and the fancy chef-styled beef hot dog was overcooked. Additionally, there was a delay in receiving utensils, which was frustrating. And meant our food was cooling while waiting. Service was slow, likely due to being short-staffed. While I would return for the beer alone, the overall dining experience wasn't enough to justify a repeat visit. With a better location, this place could have potential, but until then, we will be seeking out other dining options."

The waitstaff was very nice and attentive. We started with the cheese curds. Then, we ordered a burger and a pizza. It was all really good! The beer is brewed there and was great too!

A brewery with really good food. Try one or more of their house-brewed beverages. Clean and spacious. Wait staff is friendly and attentive. A couple of TVs on but not overpowering. Just off the square.

This place has great food! The sweet potato fries and poblano ranch were soooo good. Quick service and well priced. Definitely go early on Friday's and the weekend as it does get busy fast, and there is not a lot of inside seating.

Overall good experience. I had the street tacos which comes as a serving of 4 small tacos and beans. They were moderately seasoned and I was left full. We ordered a beer flight and by far my favorite was the lost leg lager. I'm typically not a beerfan but the lost leg caught me by surprise. The service was good, our waitress took care of us and we were in and out fairlyquickly.

This place is a perfect brew pub. The beer is great and the food definitely delivers. Hard to understand some of the reviews as it is obvious those folks haven't been to a brew pub before. The service is spot on and they go out of their way to be helpful. As far as the place itself, well let's say good food, good beer, add a family friendly atmosphere and you have a win, win! We were excited to try this place out since we were visiting the area. Beers were good, cold and the frosty glass was a plus. The food was ok. Philly brisket sandwich tasted great but more bread than anything, and far from a “Philly”. Wisconsin cheese curds were from a bag and pieces varied from undercooked to overbooked. Lots of great people insides but no wait staff realized we were there. We walked to the bar and were quickly served.It was good, not bad, just not worthy of 5 stars

We went there for an early evening meal on a Saturday. When my wife and I arrived, the place was not very busy but soon got that way within about 10 minutes. The food was ok but didn 't set off any this is great bells. It took forever to get my beer, since the bartender was not only running food to customers at the bar, and THEN pouring drinks, beers, etc We don 't spend a lot of time in Blanco, and we probably won 't spend anymore time at this brewery.... We might give it another try, just not sure
