"Made a reservation for 3 using Open Table for 745 and the restaurant does not even have a tablet or computerized system with Open Table. We were put on a written waiting list and 10 minutes later we were seated in what seemed to be our own section. The restaurant did not seem to busy but understaffed. There we waited about 15 minutes for someone to come over and take our order. We ended up ordering just appetizers; the sampler, spinach artichoke dip, and the queso chips. The sampler came out with the incorrect boneless chicken so they took back the sampler and about 15 minutes later returned with the platter and no chicken and said they were still making them, meanwhile we just asked for plain chicken tenders with the sauce on the side. The mozzarella sticks were lukewarm. Luckily the queso chips spinach dip were fine. By the time we were finished, the chicken never came. Our waitress, god bless her dealing with the craziness. She took the sampler off our bill and offered us a free dessert. Overall thoughts... Take yourself off of Open Table and figure out some over all business quality."

The food was great and savory. The waitress took to long to refill our drinks. We were seated next to a very noisy family. The only thing worth going for is the food.

We were seated at a table where one of us faced the kitchen door opening and closing when there were many booths and better locations available. Server was pleasant but not particularly sharp; made a mistake on drink order (ok, maybe), didn 't bring green bean dipping sauce. When we asked, she said, oh do you want that? Again, pleasant server, but not very good. The food was pretty good, but not great. We had a buy one, get one free entree.

It took forever to get the food and drinks. We were there for 2hours for potato skins and burgers. Tables around us had the same issue. The sweet potato fries were covered with salt and pepper to the point of not eating. Ordered a bacon cheeseburger and was told they were out of bacon but were still charged for it. Was told the WiFi was out so they didn’t have our reservation. The bathroom had only cold water. The restaurant wasn’t clean. Don’t go to this Fridays! EVER!! We booked a table on Open Table, got there in time and checked in. There were 3 or 4 parties already waiting. Hostess said it would be 10 minutes... well 25 minutes later NO ONE has been seated from any party and the hostess was nowhere to be found. Place was NOT busy but evidently they have no staffing. After 35 minutes with no one to complain to because hostess area was abandoned still, we left. Don’t waste your time going here! Do what we did... drive across the street to Chili’s. They appreciate their customers.

Waitress had to be reminded to bring water drinks 3 SEPARATE times, and even then mis-remembered the drink my daughter had ordered. When I asked about the portion difference between 2 of the dishes (boneless wings from the specific wings page vs the appetizer) she was very reluctant to answer, and didn't quite give a straight answer. Several times, she walked past our table and didn't check to see how we were doing, nor stop when we tried to verbally get her attention. The food took so long to come out originally, that even though I wanted to order more because I was still hungry, we didn't (had a child with us), and just went home instead and ate there. I wouldn't come back to this location...
