"I know this is not a gourmet place and the atmosphere is very casual like all American Formula chain places, my expectations were not very high. I was really disappointed. We were ushered to our table,us then nobody came to acknowledge us very a very long stretch of time. By that, I mean it was just over 20 minutes. that is a little much. Nobody brought us menus, water, asked if we wanted drinks,if we were being helped. I eventually had luck getting the attn of another employee there who was apologetic, then disappeared. Another 10 or so minutes pass. Someone finally came to our table and gave us water. My cup was not clean. I wanted to leave but knew at this point my son would lose it. The kid was hungry, we already invested a lot of time. I made sure that we ordered basic dishes so we would not be waiting forever, though I don't think that anything is cooked to order. Our orders took a long time to reach our tables lukewarm. I decided we would settle for that. As it turns out my order was completely wrong and not something I would, could eat. I had to hunt down our server and asked that it be returned. I didn't want to wait for my correct order so I asked for a side instead. No napkin or silverware, ever. My side was mediocre. My son said his was slimy. We never did receive beverages we ordered. We waited for a long time for someone to ask if we were ok if we needed anything or wanted our check. I finally asked the hostess in the front to find someone, we got our check which included the entree I never received, my son's slimy meal, the side, and the drinks we never got. This was a big fail all around."
