"Sept 17, 2023 Decided to try this place a few years later again. Lucian was awesome. So pumped about half off apps and beers during the pats game. Amazing. I'm so exited to be here and the service was great ! 2018 April John the bartender is too scattered. Not an employee who has the demeanor or patience for this business. He is too rushy and is in the wrong profession. I will not be back if this is the kind of staff this place is going to hire. Not good when the bartender has no personable skills and its as if you are bothering him. Plus he never once asked how my food was once he served it. Awful employee! Get rid of him! He will tank your business! Bad business and a terrible bartender to have here when there is so much better out there. Bowl of Seafood Chowder 10.91 and Ceasar Salad 7.91. Total ripoff."

We love love love this place . It’s such a great vibe with a really rustic atmosphere. The food is outstanding and I would eat the chicken pot pie every day if I could .A 10!!!! The pretzel sticks are a must as well. Everything was hot and delicious and the service was fast and friendly. Great drinks and Guineas on tap a wonderful staple in our favorite town Highly recommend!!!

On a recent business trip I discovered this restaurant while looking for a place to eat. I absolutely loved the décor and style of this building, portions of it built-in the 1600s and other parts built-in the early 1800s it's rustic historic and warm feel resonated with me. There is a nice upstairs area covered in old wine bottles which look amazing as you walk up the stairs and into the upper room. The downstairs has 2 bar seating areas as well as tables in the front and rear. There was plenty of parking and it was not too busy when we arrived.
