"Super cute cafe on Nashville Pike in Gallatin. Perhaps we were lucky or other people were not based on some reviews but we had an EXCELLENT waitress and delicious food. We are from the NE so the prices to us were more than reasonable. Yes, I am not a fan of bagged chips they could do a small macaroni or potato salad to up the level a bit but it did not bother us. Sweet tea was delicious. Ice cold beer in a frosty glass and strawberry shortcake for dessert! How can that be bad? I did overhear a table behind us complaining about getting a white chocolate strawberry and her friend said she didn't like strawberries!...this is just not the place for you then. The waitress was SO patient with them. Just go and enjoy the special atmosphere."

It's a restaurant built inside a southern home. Foods are very basic but tasty and the value is quite remarkable.

Had Ubereats deliver to me and the packaging and presentation for takeout was amazing and of course the food was wonderful!

Lovely lunch spot! Enjoyed a delightful afternoon with a dear friend. Adorable restaurant, friendly, efficient service and yummy food. I recommend the 3 salad combination and loaded potato soup. View menu

Intensely scrumptious every time and a cozy, beautiful atmosphere for any age. The menu options are perfection, and their dipped berries are the best I have ever tasted. I swear they have magical strawberries at 'The Berry '.

Charming place to take my mother for lunch on her birthday. Enjoyed the French-inspired tea house vibes. Frankie was a friendly and helpful server. Good variety of food and all made on-site. Already looking forward to having daddy-daughter dates there with my girl. View menu

This is a great little (but not really so little) limited menu restaurant on the edge of town (Gallatin/Hendersonville). My parents live nearby and it's become a favorite lunch spot with consistently good food and service. And the chocolate covered strawberry that comes with each meal! My only complaint is that the big back room is super noisy when more than half the tables are seated.

I've only visited twice, but both times have been really enjoyable. The service is attentive and quick. It can get quite lively in the room with so many people connecting with one another! I particularly love their strawberry pretzel salad because it reminds me of my grandmother who used to make it. It's amusing how jello seems to be protected by copyright—so it's a congealed salad instead! The dish in the picture is called the Trio and it costs $10.99. It includes the soup of the day, a small salad, and my grandma's salad, along with a complimentary chocolate-covered strawberry.

"Can’t wait to go back. We stopped at Prince St. Pizza on our way to an event in Castalian Springs, and would highly recommend it to anyone who is in the area. The pizza was great. We had a supreme and an extra cheese, as well as the loaded watchos (waffle fries with bacon, jalapeños, cheese, and ranch). Beers were cold and easy to get. Lots of local flavors on tap . Service was great. Our server even went back to check the name of the skeleton for us. It was easy to park. It was easy to get a table. It was easy to order. Our food came relatively quickly even for a busy Saturday night. They were decorated for Halloween, which we loved and just an overall good vibe the walls were covered with graffiti, which is a good indication that they don’t take themselves too seriously as we Saw other people who came in. It was obvious that they have a lot of regulars. Although we didn’t eat outside, they do have a patio which I’m excited to check out on a warmer night. I admit that I am one of those people who does not like leftovers. But after our event I came home and ate this pizza cold out of the box. It was that good. Parking: Seems like they have limited parking but despite being there during a busy time on a Saturday night, we were able to pull in and get a spot easily. Kid-friendliness: No kids in our party but plenty of kids nearby. We didn’t really see kid friendly activities per se, but it’s pizza. The walls were covered in writing, so I presume this might be the one place your kid would be allowed to color on the walls."

"UPDATE: If anyone doubted my initial review because it was based on only one takeout order, please read this update. I got up this morning, made a cup of coffee, took care of the dog and then when I tried to toast some bread, I realized the power had gone out since I made the coffee. I called GPU about the outage, and thought I'd just order breakfast. I ordered the same as before the Mary's Breakfast, except this time pancakes instead of French toast because I wasn't in a cinnamon/nutmeg mood. This was a bit of a risk b/c I'm not a big pancake lover. OMG, these pancakes are delicious. The breakfast arrived fast and perfectly wrapped. The egg yolks were unbroken,, and everything was hot and fresh. I can't say enough about this place. I will update this review again if I dine in the restaurant sometime, but my 5-star delivery experience from Mary's Place has been repeated. Excellent food and price. INITIAL REVIEW This review is long overdue, and unfortunately, there's a bit of a story attached, but the story is important for context in my appreciation of this restaurant. On the solar eclipse day this year, my husband traveled to Indy so that he could be in the totality, but I had to work so I stayed home. The morning of the eclipse here in Gallatin was rainy and dreary and I just was not feelng it, so I ordered breakfast from Doordash from a place I'd never heard of since I've lived here less than a year now, and it was Mary's Place. I ordered a comfort breakfast: two eggs over medium with french toast and extra bacon. I wasn't expecting much because delivered breakfasts can be problematic, but I was starving and had work, and the weather was awful. The food arrived really fast, and was EXPERTLY packed. One thing I dislike about those styrofoam clamshell food delivery boxes is the steam that builds up, going on to dampen the food. Mary's Place carefully and delicately wrapped each item in foil within the styrofoam box so no steam. The french toast was not all soggy and the eggs were still hot. The eggs. Most restaurants are not reliable in cooking eggs over medium. Either the white is not uncooked or partially so, or the yolks are no longer runny. Mary's Place cooks the perfect over medium egg--and neither yolk broke in transit! Who needs the sun when you have two glorious molten yolks to start the day? This healing meal turned my day around. It was absolutely perfect--and it was SO INEXPENSIVE. I got all of that food for $13 (not including Doordash charges). I really want to go to Mary's Place in person. If you like a really good breakfast, an old-school breakfast in which cooking technique and ingredients shine, not gimmicks, go to Mary's Place or order from them as I did. You won't be disappointed."
