"This is my favorite restaurant in Saint Augustine and I’m sure anyone that goes there will have the same opinion. Service is lovely and super helpful, from the front door all the way back in the kitchen. Everyone’s just so nice and make you feel more than welcome. Besides that, the food is amazing!!! The cornbread is a must, the seasoning is great and it is really well served. I’ve had it with shrimp, as suggested by the waitresses, and I loved it! My cousin had the shrimp n grit and loved his dish as well. The grit is like a polenta cake, which is different from the creamy ones, but very tasteful. I’ve had a couple bites too, so I can confirm his opinion. The pink lemonade was really refreshing, which is more than welcome during Florida’s summer, and the desserts were delicious! We had the salted caramel brownie, which was gluten free and super nice, and the Kentucky Derby Pie, which comes in huge slices and tastes soooo good (we had it to go cause we were full from the meal, but we really wanted to try it). Cherry on top, the environment is super nice. It’s an old house and outside you can find cute tables surrounded by cute plants, while the inside is very well decorated and cozy. Even the restroom was adorable! Most definitely recommend this restaurant if you want to have a good meal with fair prices the best value for money in the city!"

Sat on the patio and enjoyed a really unique lunch/appetizer and had one of the best cocktails I've had in a long time. Pet friendly patio just make sure to look for the fans when it gets super hot humid out. Even though it was hot out, the tomato veggie soup hit the spot.

Super uncomfortable green chairs. Wouldn’t let us switch to another table with softer seats (we had an elderly couple with us so comfort was a priority). Dark spot, I wish I was able to see the food. Frustrating. Won’t come again. PS: Lauren is the best tho. Very kind and knowledgeable server.

We had an exceptional dining experience at The Floridian in St. Augustine! Our server, Latice was so knowledgeable on the menu and was incredible, making sure we had everything we needed. The highlight of the evening was the incredible cold brew tequila cocktail crafted by bartender, absolutely unique and delicious! The ahi tuna bowl I had for dinner was the BEST meal I’ve had in a long time. It was so incredible. I went back to get it again the next day, but they didn’t serve it for lunch. The fish sandwich I had was really good too, but the cocktails my friend and I ordered left much to be desired. To be fair, we are 22 so maybe not the best judges of what alcohol we will like, but it was still disappointing. Neither of us finished our drinks. I still HIGHLY reccomend the food here, and the staff is great too.

There are plenty of gluten-free options at this restaurant, which is great for my husband. While I also enjoy the menu, I find that it leans more towards comfort food that reminds me of fall and winter, rather than the light dishes I prefer in hot weather. However, the gluten-free options are fantastic and delicious for everyone. I do wish the chairs were more comfortable, as the hard wooden chairs can be tough to sit in. Additionally, the dining area could use some improvement in terms of overall coziness and attractiveness - it feels a bit hastily put together.
