"From the moment we arrived, the front-of-house manager, Alex, was fantastic! She went above and beyond to assist us. Will, who greeted us upon arrival, was a gem as well! He made us feel right at home, despite being far from our own. Once he learned we were in the industry, he engaged us in great conversation. Alex took the time to explain everything about the restaurant, and it was clear they take pride in their work. The food was outstanding and served quickly. The meatballs were absolutely delicious, and Will thoughtfully split the chopped salad for us to share. The NY strip was tender and melted in our mouths! We hesitated to ask for dessert since it was nearing closing time, but Will was more than accommodating. The s’mores dessert was out of this world! We only wish we could offer something as great at our own restaurant. Kudos to the entire staff here; they clearly have an exceptional owner guiding them in the right direction. I highly recommend this restaurant!"

The indoor ambiance during the winter is fantastic, and the outdoor tables offer stunning views, especially when you enjoy a glass of wine from one of the swing chairs on the deck. The staff are consistently outstanding, and the food is among the best on the access road. The Foundry is a beloved spot for family and friends to relax over cocktails and a delicious meal.

The Foundry was excellent! The staff was friendly and efficient. The wait time was less than anticipated. The food was delicious. We loved the special salmon and crab ravioli. The s’mores dessert was fun! My only issue was that when I called a week ago to make a reservation, I was told they only take reservations for 10 or more, but that we would have no problem waking in on a Wednesday to celebrate a birthday. When we showed up on that Wednesday, they were closed. I understand schedules change, but I would suggest calling the day of to double check their schedule.
