"The atmosphere is fantastic and it's conveniently located near the theaters. They have a nice selection of beers, and while the frosty mugs are a nice touch, I doubt they actually hold 12 ounces of beer. The food was quite tasty, although the service was a bit slow; they seemed to have only a few servers, which might explain the delay. Overall, I had a good experience and would definitely return for a bite and a drink before a show."

Place was empty but we waited forever. Left and ate somewhere else.

Limited menu and the items on it were quite expensive. Not for the average palate. View menu

The service was slow; the food was average- good burger (except for the soggy bun; monk fish was bland.

The wine glass had a lipstick stain, but the waitress promptly replaced it. The coffee was lukewarm, and the service was quite sluggish.

Very poor service and food quantity. Corn fritters so dry basically inedible. Monkfish overcooked and wait staff extremely slow and inattentive. Very disappointing.

As I indicated, everything was very nice. Service was OK. We ordered two drinks one came the second one didn’t, so we had to ask. It was brought right away so everything was acceptable however, Two of us got the shrimp stew. It was six shrimp in tomato sauce. It really wasn’t that good especially for the price. We also would’ve liked to see more food choices.

"No soup/sandwich shop compares in terms of price per quality, portion size, and different options in the area. I only started ordering from here about 2 weeks ago and I’ve now had 7 different kinds of soups and 4 different kinds of sandwiches after the first order I started ordering two soups and a sandwich aka a soup to save for later because they’re just that good, every one of them. Price is so very reasonable and depending on which combo you get you can make out with a full sized sandwich and large sized homemade soup for $14.While it’s hard to recommend one thing over another in this circumstance since it’s all been great in their own ways, the Chicken Chowder is something I plan on getting a quart of next time it’s available. The Chicken Barley and Chicken Lemon Rice are ones I plan on getting quarts of in the future as well, and that’s not to discount the Chicken Noodle, Beef and Veg Noodle Stew, French Onion, and the current seasonal Chilled Gazpacha (which I probably wouldn’t have even tried it wasn’t from these guys . It’s all top quality. The Chicken Tarragon sandwich is my favorite in terms of sandwiches although it can’t combo with a soup as of now (please let us! . The best cheap soup combo sandwich is a tossup between the Cilantro Tuna and Ciabatta Sandwich, which are both incredible in their own ways. The only few drawbacks to this place are they don’t have every soup they make every day, are only open until 4PM, and aren’t open on the weekends. That said it’s worth it to plan accordingly for this. I never review anything but this place is worth it it’s the best if you’re a soup and sandwich person like I am."
