"While in town for business, my sister's family treated my wife and me to dinner at Central. The food and atmosphere surpassed my sister's recommendation. I thoroughly enjoyed the Persillade Crusted Rack of Lamb, cooked perfectly with a delicious sauce. We also indulged in the Charcuterie board and surf n' turf wood fired oysters as appetizers, which were a hit at our table. For dessert, my wife and I shared Jake’s Mile High Pie, which we both adored. We will definitely bring our entire family to Central the next time we are in Montgomery."

"year perfect place for a beautiful dinner. the food is delicious, beautifully presented, and the ingredients are something dared. while some dishes were really inspired, some lacked the taste interest and culinary flair to justify the price. nothing we have ordered has disappointed us. the beverage menu leaves nothing to be desired; the signature cocktails are intentional and delicious, and the wine list is generous. the employees are wonderfully attentive and know the menu well enough to give thoughtful recommendations. make sure they have a seat!"

"This is what true ownership looks like! Everyone was delighted with their meal. Hearty, and nutritious. The owner personally made sure our diet restrictions were met, joked, chatted with us, and made everyone feel at home. A home-cooked meal was a very comforting light on a 9 hour car trip. There's no worry about cut corners or poor quality here. Janet seems to ensure everything is up to her personal highest standard, the way she'd feed her own family. What a blessing. Thank you, Janet! We'll have to plan to stop by again the next time we're cutting through the country."

"Amazing experience for my 11-year-old son’s surprise birthday party! From pre-planning through walking out the door after the party, this staff is so on point!!! Omg it was so refreshing to deal with them after I couldn’t get multiple local businesses to even return my call! The guy who booked the party was so awesome! He helped me plan ahead to maximize my slim budget (pizzas only, double sliced, brought my own cupcakes per my request! Seriously, they made it so easy affordable! Our server was super on point too! She ensured everything was set, cups stayed full, non-covered items remained on separate tabs, etc. She was extremely attentive w/o being invasive even talked in code w/ me via phone to get the pizza orders going while our guests were inside the restaurant I was driving my son his friends to the surprise dinner. She coordinated the timing to have the doors closed, lights out, etc. to ensure my son was surprised when we arrived. My hubby guests were impressed by her service too we’re grateful we were able to add beyond the party gratuity. Very well deserved! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I appreciate it so so so so much! We didn’t have a big budget but wanted to make sure my son felt special loved on his birthday. Thank you I will absolutely be returning for any similar future events!"

"I ordered 3 wings and 3 sides. Plus I ordered a pork chop sandwich. It was my first time ordering from them, and I felt the prices were expensive. My bill for both was 25 dollars and change, plus the drink is NOT included! I thought the greens were too sweet, not enough smoked turkey flavor. I thought the dressing was also sweet, and should be more savory, the candied yams were clearly from the can, didn’t like the flavoring. The chicken was ok, but I think the oil was old! The customer service was nice, and the restaurant was clean! Unfortunately, I don’t think I will go back!"
