"I had the Mixed Grill entree and each item in my meal was outstanding, the Roasted Broccoli was delicious and cooked perfectly. The Mashed potatoes were seasoned just right. My steak tips were marinated so well that I never even bothered with the steak sauce. The BBQ chicken breast was juicy and the sauce tangy and sweet. I was so full but everything was so delicious that I moved onto my last item which was a huge loaded baked potato, the final item of my meal did not disappoint. It was cooked golden brown on the outside and tender and moist on the inside. It had bacon bits and a thick layer of some type of cheese, I think maybe mozzarella that was stringy and rich. I asked for some sour cream to add to the top of my baked potato which really was the blend of tastes that topped off what I consider to be the very best meal I have ever enjoyed at a restaurant. I never write reviews but my meal was so good I decided it deserved some praise to the cooks and wait staff. we celebrated a birthday here and it was perfect. delicious eating, very friendly waitress and overall large environment. it is centrally located for people in nh and boston, as it is right in front of the carbahn. I loved it and will be back!

We received fantastic service during our visit. We called ahead to let them know we would be very late for our reservation, and they were more than accommodating. The vintage cocktails were excellent. Our server was attentive and did a wonderful job. The food was delicious, and we will definitely be returning!

I was looking forward to my favorite menu item, a poke bowl with either tuna or beef, but the menu has changed and the bowls are no longer offered. It was that menu item which made The Local special for me. Other interesting menu items are also gone. The new menu may appeal more to some customers, but not to me.

The dining experience was average. I ordered a fish sandwich, which was decent but far from the best I've had. The fries were tasty, though they were quite salty. The ambiance was quite somber. Our server was attentive without being intrusive. No one in my group had any complaints, but it felt quite empty overall. The food itself was rather plain. However, the restaurant's decor is very beautiful.
