"Travel Review Alert! Ok, two words: Connor Elizabeth. The atmosphere is cute, and cozy, with the perfect amount of trendy: like not vintage but not avant-garde. The decor is unique yet it all ties in together to help you catch the vibe. The food is DANK (as you can see by my empty ****). The BLT is awesome, and so is the Sheridan. Maybe because basically everything is made from scratch here. The chef has worked here for 10 years, and they even roast their own Turkey meat. But the best parts of our experience by far were Connor our server and Elizabeth our hostess extraordinaire. We’re from out of town and they gave us so much kindness and attention. Connor recommended so many spots in Phoenix and an AWESOME entree and he was so kind and patient and good humored. They were accommodating the entire time and he kept my needs and preferences in mind throughout the entire meal. Definitely somewhere to add to your list!! A yummy, charming, unique spot perfect for brunch that should not be missed!"

Our new favorite lunch or happy hour spot. The manager and our waitress Mary Lynn, were wonderful. We enjoyed chips and salsa, veggie quesadillas and shrimp tacos. All were spectacular and tasted very fresh! A nice selection of beer was available. Definitely adding it to our top places to go when we visit downtown Phoenix!

The restaurant is dog-friendly, and the service is outstanding. We visited to celebrate the championship on Sunday, as the city had just won the league in an exciting manner. The beer was nice and cold, and there were plenty of olives to enjoy. The atmosphere was lively, complemented by eclectic artwork throughout the space.

A very cozy atmosphere, a back yard relaxed vibe. The salty hog is a must starter for a Sunday brunch experience. The steak sandwich w blue cheese was an amazing way to get the taste buds into over drive. Then to finish off was the Duke margarita,, can't wait for the next experience here. Highly recommended !! Thank you for the wonderful day! View menu

always wonder that over a place where they can hang out in this wonderful weather eating a good lunch and have over 24 beers to choose from this place is the place. Happy hour is impressive that it is all day on Monday and from 11 to 6 all other days. a buck from all the design beer, that is $5 I would say there are no more many places that do this.

The dining experience at this restaurant is fantastic, with a wonderful atmosphere and consistently friendly staff who are eager to assist and engage with customers. On Thursday, Mary Lynn was our server, and she was exceptional. She was always attentive, ready to take drink orders, and made sure we had everything we needed without being intrusive—just the perfect balance. I especially enjoy celebrating birthdays here with family and friends. The terrace is spacious, and the tables are well-spaced for social distancing, which makes me feel safe and comfortable. It's like a home away from home!

The food here is excellent! In the photos, you can see shrimp tacos, veggie tacos, and a turkey sandwich. My favorite was the turkey sandwich, known as the Jive Turkey. I really enjoyed the jalapeño cream cheese on it. The ambiance is lovely, making it a perfect spot for a date. If you're looking to impress that special someone you've been chatting with for weeks on Hinge, Tinder, or any other dating app, The Main Ingredient is the place to go! The food and drinks are reasonably priced, so you won’t break the bank. The total for everything you see in the three pictures was just $46. That's a great deal for delicious food, fantastic customer service, and great music. You won’t be disappointed... View menu

"i’ve been coming to lacuna for over two years now and this little gem is definitely one of my favorite places to be. i’m not much of a review-writer, but when i feel passionately about places (good or bad , i get inspired.as someone who leads an alcohol-free lifestyle, it is SO nice having this option to unwind and create some art, relax, or hang out with friends. i’ve truly made so many wonderful connections through lacuna that i will cherish for a lifetime!it’s also a great place to get work done. i work remote, so i spend a good majority of my week here at my second office ; the BOGO happy hour deal comes in clutch.i think it’s really great that there is a mix of events now too, not just strictly DJ’s performing 6-7 nights a week. (although i do absolutely love the nights when there’s a DJ as well ! the variety of events is great; chess tournaments, community coloring, workshops, recovery groups, massages, yoga etc. there’s been a lot of engaging activities that i enjoy attending or participating in.i feel like lacuna has become a lot stronger in both the workspace and community-front in the last year or so too. the kavatenders all have such a warm and positive energy and always make me feel special when i come in. it’s nice seeing management interacting with customers and staff more too. it’s nice overhearing the positive feedback from management to staff (or staff to staff , and hearing the conversations that the staff members have with guests. there just seems to be a lot more connection overall. lacuna is growing and glowing for sure. <3the price increase is a bit of a bummer, but in a time with inflation… what can you really do? i personally TRUST lacuna with their product and that’s what keeps me coming back. i know they put both quality and care into their products and it really reflects. it can be a pretty penny if you’re getting multiple drinks, but fancy craft cocktails at a regular bar can be the same way. plus, my points add up so quickly i get pretty frequent discounts with their reward system. it’s not the end of the world!i appreciate the subtle changes in the bar layout and decor too. even the little things keep it feeling fresh and a little new each time you come in.the *only* “negative” thing i have to say about the space is that it can be difficult to order a drink or close out a tab sometimes. there’s rushes and it gets busy, but sometimes it feels as if one staff member just isn’t enough during these times. sometimes there’s not a lot of communication about this either between staff and people trying to close out, but i’ve been coming here for awhile now so i know what to expect. if you’re in a time crunch, just give yourself a little buffer or cushion of time to get closed out (or order to go right off the bat and close out immediately .all things considered, though, 5 stars all the way around! lacuna is an ever-evolving, ever-growing spot and i’m excited to see what the future looks like for you guys! : bulaaaa!!!!"
