"We were lucky enough to stay at your wonderful hotel for three nights this March. We were with our children and had two rooms. From the moment we checked in the staff was fantastic. We arrived early and had brunch at The Mansion Restaurant. The staff was friendly and attentive, the food was excellent. We then sat at the pool while we waited for our rooms. The front desk staff hand delivered our room keys to the pool which was a great touch. The rooms at your hotel are beautiful, well appointed, clean and spacious. The bathrooms are gorgeous. The small balconies are lovely. Your housekeeping staff did not miss a beat. The turndown service was performed every night. Overall your hotel is a world class property. Every part of the hotel is tastefully decorated. The fireplace in the lobby lounge is comfortable and inviting. Your service is superb. Thank you for a fantastic stay."

Gorgeous rooms. Wonderful service. Room service food and service was excellent. I wish the food menu at the bar was a bit more extensive and a bit heartier as it was the only place to dine in at the hotel when I was there.

Elegant dining that lives up Rosewood’s reputation. We did not stay at the hotel, but ate at the restaurant. The wait staff are excellent and contribute highly to the ambience of the establishment. The food was well prepared and tasty.

Might be the best customer service experience I've ever had anywhere for anything. No exaggeration.The hotel was so well-designed, and the staff was so happy and thoughtful, that I literally felt like a better person after leaving here.I was in for a small gathering event for Humane Society donors and they made us feel like VIPs.
