"As a former employee of Old Mill, I feel it is important to warn others about the concerning conditions at this restaurant. Firstly, there were numerous ants crawling on the soda machine and we were instructed to simply run the soda before serving to try and prevent any insects from getting into drinks. Additionally, the chef, Dave, would taste dishes by plunging his entire fist into them. I was also informed that young girls were given pepper spray by the previous owners and warned to be cautious around the chef. Furthermore, there was a dishwasher named Logan who made inappropriate comments to myself and other female employees, yet management failed to address the issue despite multiple complaints. Serving alcoholic drinks at only 16 years old was also a disturbing aspect of my experience. Additionally, manipulative tactics like crying in hopes of receiving larger tips were employed by some servers. Overall, I urge you to avoid supporting a business with such unethical practices. The reality behind the scenes is unsettling and there are many more issues that could be addressed."

I recently dined at this restaurant for breakfast and I must say it was an excellent experience. The food was top-notch, the service was impeccable, and the atmosphere was perfect. I would highly recommend this place for a delicious breakfast meal.

My husband and I are regulars here and we love bringing our friends and family! All of the employees are so wonderful and the food is amazing. If you are a soup lover you have to try Dave’s soups on any given day, they are to die for. Sometimes after a walk we stop in just to try whatever the soup of the day is. This restaurant has a true redneck vibe with a country feel. The bean veggie burger, with added avocado and onion rings on the side, was absolutely amazing. I can't emphasize it enough how delicious it was. The service was fantastic, the menu options were fantastic, and they had everything you could ever want for a great burger, including soda and fries. The vegan cheese and chipotle sauce made the burger truly spectacular. You must come here, I don't know why you wouldn't.

The food at this restaurant was fantastic. The Dungeness Crab Benedict was particularly delicious, although I wish there was more crab in it. My husband ordered biscuits and gravy and he thought they were fantastic, saying he would order them again. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was great. I would highly recommend the Dungeness Crab Benedict to anyone visiting this restaurant for breakfast. The price per person is between $10 and $20. Overall, I would give this restaurant a 5 out of 5 for food, service, and atmosphere.
