The Portico Cafe - Menu

Great service, atmosphere, and amenities. Very close to bus station and businesses. Would rather go to Portico then starbucks!

I'm not a local, and this is my first visit to this cafe. I'm truly amazed—everything is incredibly delicious and far exceeded my expectations!

Right now at Portico Cafe truly am feeling so bless as about to perform in so much of joy. As me my family are here just being grateful to be bless in this shared space it is an honor to just simply grateful to exist honestly. So Yes! I would like to recommend many to come out unto the open mic night's when the event is taking place.

Portico Cafe exceeded all my expectations for the lunch on Christmas day 2022. I arrived 40 minutes early After I signed in and used the mens room , it was immaculate. I was allowed to wait in the dining room until the lunch is served. The food was brought to the table and I was able to get a second plate after asking nicely. I will eat here again. View menu

I was very impressed with this place at first. I walked in last Sunday and found it to be truly unique. This is the first church I've been associated with in 53 years. However, I have an update: I have returned to this church several times since then, and unfortunately, I felt ignored and unwelcome, with no assistance offered. It seems that simply painting the names of homeless individuals on a wall doesn't really make a meaningful impact. It's clear that there's a lack of effort to genuinely help. I hope people are not contributing money under the impression that it will support the homeless effectively.

You'll discover more vibrant murals, historic church sites, and an impressive bronze sculpture called Homeless Jesus. Once you've taken in the sights, why not recharge with a delicious snack and some coffee? I suggest treating yourself at The Portico Café. I'm so glad I spotted the sign and decided to check out this place. I was just looking for a coffee and some breakfast, but what I found was delicious, fresh food, coffee bursting with flavor, and service that came with a smile, care, and kindness, along with delightful conversation. These are just a few highlights from my uplifting visit that I can't stop talking or thinking about! The decor is charming, the amenities are great, and there's ample and convenient parking. The staff and customers were the nicest and most courteous, making me feel as if I were among old friends.
