"The food is pretty good actually, but every time we’ve been in the last 2 3 months it’s been the same girl working there and she’s forgotten or messed up part of our order all 6 times we’ve been. When we asked her if we could get an extra non/bread since she forgot ours the previous time, she tried to charge us extra for it. And after all of that, she forgot the other non so we didn’t end up getting extra anyway. When we asked to speak to a manager she said the manager hasn’t been there in weeks, and only shows up once in a blue moon which I have a hard time believing. The food and restaurant have potential, but low quality employees and poor work ethic are running it into the ground. If you want to avoid the frustration, I’d recommend not coming here or maybe try another location. I won’t be coming to this one anymore, never tried the other location here but if they mess up too then I’m just giving up on this place altogether — update: After another time going and another disappointment where they did my order wrong, I’ve found out recently that some of the grocery stores and online sell tikka shack sauces. The better alternative, I’ve decided, is to buy the sauces and do it all yourself. You can add spicy/non spicy the way you want it, and you won’t have the consistent disappointments the restaurant^ gives you. It’s more work, but less frustration."

Flavour is just ok at best. If I order butter paneer or any other dish worth $13 I expect a full bowl of it, not that 75% of the bowl filled with rice. If i need rice I’d order it separately. Such a waste of money.

I had butter masala with lamb for the first time, and it was fantastic! I can't wait to try different dishes from this restaurant soon. I'm giving it a perfect score of 10—the lamb was absolutely decadent. Everything was delicious! If you haven't tried this place yet, you definitely should!

Wanting to try something different, I ordered their pizza with added steak, and I must say, it was one of the best combinations I've had from the chain. We had the worst experience ever at this place today. We ordered the Lamb Biriyani that was a complete garbage. It’s not even a food we can call!!!. It was so sticky but the rice was half cooked. No biriyani spice at all. Felt like some leftover food. We complained immediately and they replaced with the same thing after 10 minutes. Complete waste of time and money The authority should bring some chef who can cook!! Not some random people who knows nothing about Indian food!!! Note: We have been eaten at this place before.
