Torchy's Tacos - Menu

I've been meaning to write a review for Torchy's for a while, because I've been here several times and I love their many creative tacos, and their queso mixed with guacamole. Hopefully I can get the chance to come back and try them all!

My go-to is the Ranch hand with the diablo sauce. So good. So good. Chips and queso are always a great starter! We typically sit at the bar, and the tenders are on-point! Great place to catch up with friends or simply grab a bite+! Highly recommended. What are you waiting for? View menu

I came in just a couple days ago and got the Tokyo Drifter, the taco of the month, and I was impressed with the quality of it! Excited to try this one for May, and I will definitely be coming in soon! Also, I had a great experience with this guy who looked a lot like Papa Smurf, one of my favorite childhood cartoon characters.

Ryan, the daytime bartender, is fantastic. He takes the time to connect with his customers and makes sure that both his cocktails and the food from the kitchen are of the highest quality. I only choose to go when I know he’s on duty. When he’s not around, the experience just doesn’t measure up. Ryan is truly the standout at Torchys Highland Village.

Chazz and Alyssa at the bar are amazing! They make fantastic drinks and are incredibly attentive to customers. This place has become a favorite hangout for my friends and me. The moment you sit down, they are right there to take your order. They check in frequently to chat and ensure that all your needs are met. Excellent catering for my sister’s wedding. Megan helped us with our menu selections. She also made sure that everything was set up on time and made it easy for us to just enjoy the event and not worry about anything. Ethan was great and knowledgeable about the food and provided great service during dinner. Food was excellent. All in all, a great experience and would recommend anytime to use this Torchy’s location for your next event.

Always consistent with the delicious tacos for your face hole. My favorite taco joint in the metroplex. Torchy's Diablo sauce is the right amount of heat and flavor for your spicy taco needs. In August they had 4 new tacos with emphasis on heat. I did 3 and enjoyed all of them. Barn burner, creeper, and scalding pig. Each had great flavor that wasn't overpowered by heat at the beginning and awesome spice on the back end that makes your eye sweat.

So at first I was taken back by the fact that they do not have hard shell tacos. Like really? You're a taco place and everything softshell? But then I ate the yummy food!! It was totally worth it!! I got the cougar of the month, because it made me giggle and laugh! It was pretty dang good! And the girl behind the counter was amazing! Holy cow! What a sweet girl! It's a little pricey for how tiny the tacos are, but they were completely and totally delicious! Basically more brisket in the taco then you usually get in four tacos! I will be returning!
