"THIS IS MY FAVORITE PIZZA PLACE!!!! Since I was a kid this has been pizza that still tastes like the first time I tried it growing up! They legit have the best sauce everrr, so flavorful and always crispy pizza crust! My parents James and Lisa brought me here since birth and at 42yrs old I'm still eating here because it's still absolutely delicious! Thanks Johana and family for being a part of the community for yrs. I hope and pray you are reopening soon. If not, I will not be ok and I need to find you so I can eat that sauce and pizza once more because I seriously can't go the rest of my life without it.OK shutting up ??"

Pizza tastes good, but why does it say it's open and closes at 9:30pm? I went there at 6pm and it was closed

Ordered a deep dish trio. Delivered in a reasonable amount of time considering the snow. Good pie, would order again.

DO NOT EAT HERE!!! Rat dropping found in pizza box! I tried to return but they refused and said it was my problem. The health inspector needs to shut this place down!! View menu

Great food and service as well as a lot of it that is inexpensive and affordable and although it’s small don’t judge a book by it’s cover I recommend the chicken alfresco

This place was fantastic! The homemade meatballs were a major highlight. The plain cheese slice was so delicious that I couldn't resist eating it before I got home. I will definitely be a loyal customer from now on! View menu

I've been eating pizza since 1987 and Trio was the place I had my first slice. Still one of my all-time favorite pizza places, even if I no longer live in Brooklyn. I still love just the plain slice here, the crust is crispy, the sauce is sweet and the cheese is just right.

The place is small, it feels. I ordered from them for a bit, and the food kept getting worse and worse. The last time I ordered a pie, the older lady was yelling at one of the workers while taking my order. Then I got the pizza, and it's so unbelievably salty. I ate 2 slices and threw it away. I don't know what they did to make it so salty, but it was terrible. I haven't ordered from them in a while because of this and feel there are better options for the same price in the immediate area.

"When we called to reserve a table, no one informed us that there was a dining time limit of 1.5 hours. My friend wanted to invite more people to join us for dinner, but I was unsure if everyone would agree to the minimum charge of $60, including taxes and tips. I confirmed a reservation for 7 people during my second call, but ultimately, only 6 of us showed up. The table we were given was quite small, making it uncomfortable for six people, especially with the mandatory minimum spending of $60, as well as a 20% tip. For just two people, the minimum tip is 18%. I was confused about the dining time limit—was it two hours or 1.5? The party area was limited to just the backyard for additional seating. I was with friends who didn’t know the group well, and we arrived early at 3 PM, but we couldn’t wait until 6:30 PM. That’s why we ended up sitting at a separate table for two. Unfortunately, the restaurant didn’t seem to care and couldn’t arrange for us to be seated closer together. We had no choice in the matter. To make matters worse, the female waiter had a poor attitude. It felt like we were dining in a sidewalk market. She questioned another girl who served me ponzu sauce, apparently because I looked impatient when I saw her face. Her attitude only worsened after that. It seems like they need to train their employees better, as they seem unaware of how to provide good service. As for the food, it was just okay, typical of basic Japanese cuisine. There were too many restrictions! Customers are forced to adhere to the restaurant’s rules and limitations. I cannot recommend this place unless someone is specifically looking for a fast-food experience. In short, I don’t think I’ll be returning next time."
