"The food was good but it took over an hour to arrive which my group didn't complain about. But when it became time to pay the bill the waitress told me my card wouldn't work as she said she accidently canceled the transaction and then it wouldn't work. So fast forward 2 days and the transaction went through on my card even though we paid our bill on another persons card. Terrible business practice and I will never return when in town."

I really wanted to love this restaurant, but they have very bright LED lights on at night instead of the usual dim lighting that creates a more appealing ambiance. I requested for the waitress to turn them off, but she said she didn't know how. View menu

Do not ever go here for food. It's not that it doesn't taste or look good. Management wasted 2hr of my time to serve me hairy wings and Cole slaw that was left out, so unsanitary. Beer is good. Bingo would've been more fun if I could get the server over more than twice in an hour and a half to ask about a beer.

Always great food and great drinks! We go every Wednesday for Bingo and some. Jessica is always a big server and Jake is always great behind the bar. We saw an unfortunate customer be quite rude to Jessica, and she treated everything professionally! Highly recommend Turtle Creek for great food, drinks and service!

Fantastic food at this place. Bartenders are all nice and friendly. Lots of bands on Friday nights and a cool bingo on Wednesdays. A nice outdoor seating area as well. Their Cajun Pasta is amazing and worth the trip alone. The service speed seems to be improving over the past several months. A great local hangout. View menu

Every time I visit this restaurant as a customer, my experience is always amazing. Jake is always fast and thorough, Sarah greets me with a smile, and Shelby never fails to make the best drinks. The food is always delicious, hot, and visually appealing. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a good time and great conversation.

We called ahead with a large group and were told they could accommodate us. However, the waitress seemed disinterested and our food took about 2 hours to arrive, with different dishes being served at different times. The waitress never stopped to apologize or provide explanations, despite our whole group arriving at once. If the service had been better, our experience would have been more enjoyable.
