"Drove 45 minutes to get to this place to try their deep pan pizza only to wait another 30 minutes for a table (i was the only person in queue). Initially, I was furious as the receptionist's attitude when he said there was a wait of 15 minutes (while half the tables were empty, as evidenced in the attached photo). After observing the workflow it turns out the staff are overwhelmed and the venue is understaffed: 2 guys running around from table to table doing an excellent service, keeping up with all the clients and their requests and needs. They barely had time to breath. During my wait of 30 minutes more than 6 groups came in, but left when they saw there is a wait while there are empty spots. This is a management problem, they need to hire more staff! Why do I care? Because the pizza and dessert are amazing! And the place is hemorrhaging clients uselessly. The deep pan pizza is one of the best I ever had: the crust is delicious, the cheese has the perfect texture and volume (not too much, not too little) and the toppings are balanced accordingly. Highly recommended."

The best deep dish pizza in NYC! We ordered the Farmer's Market deep dish pizza. I don't give 5 star because we had an attentive server at first, but quickly disappeared on us. Good experience

spent 4 days in nyc traveling with 7 other adult, we thought for a few drinks and eating something and eating was amazing! the server we had was funny, friendly and accommodating. we would all definitely eat again at uno’s!

The food was really good. The gluten free pizza was delicious and my burger was very good. We had a big party, so it took a little while, but that was a small complaint. I thought the staff was friendly and I was really happy with everything. View menu

Damn good burgers too! The patty here is the size of a double. Everything was fresh and delicious. I am personally tired of matchstick fries. But the service here is excellent. Prices are not crazy. Wish I had tried the Spinach dip but I am trying not to go crazy.

the food, service, vibe, ambiente and rustic decor surpassed all expectations, uno’s was definitiw an extraordinary experience, I will continue with family and friends recommend and visit. I loved it! maria was from the location on the columbus avenue and the 81st road on the west side, it was amazing!

A simple, quiet place but they have the best gluten free Chicago style pizza in NYC! Service was slow but it was Christmas Eve Eve! Definitely worth the wait as finding safe gluten free anything is difficult. They could do so much more with this place and the ambiance. Happy Hanukkah to this Jewish family run restaurant. What a let down for a place that used to be a family favorite for deep dish pizza and muchos nachos. We ordered both, and a lunch special scampi shrimp pasta which was very greasy as the pictures shows. The only thing that we managed to eat was the farmers deep dish pizza, the rest of the food was quite a waste of money and didn't taste as before. To add to that, the service was very poor. The waiter didn't even try to be hospitable until the very end. We still left a good tip but will not return.

The first time I came here they were really busy. Think I ended up waiting 10 or 15 minutes without a host ever coming to seat me, so I went somewhere else that day. However, I gave them another chance on a different day and was pleasantly surprised! They were still very busy, with only one lady working as both bartender and waitress for multiple tables, but she was a real sweetheart and even recommended me the lunch special version of some food I was going to order to save me a few bucks. I ordered the personal sized pizza. I was concerned this wouldn't be enough food but I actually ended up taking a to-go bag because I couldn't finish it all.
