"Tried for first time. Customer service was tops. All staff attentive not just person who seated you or server. They all seemed legit appreciative of customers. Price within range for area; not much more than my area. Menu has lot of selections. Meal came with one slice of toast so I asked for another, no issues. Nice serving size of bacon. Potatoes ok maybe need bit more seasoning. I didn't get pancakes or french toast but they looked good and large portion."

We always hit up this place for a delicious breakfast. It's a cute little diner. The BLT on Rye bred is my favorite!

Great little place for breakfast! The diner is clean and I love the color scheme. Service is wonderful and the food is tasty. We will be coming here more often now that we have found this little gem

Neat, relatively-new diner sorta offsets the loss of the original Bob Edith 's in Arlington. Food is good and prepared with care. Table service can be inconsistent but never worse than 'acceptable. '

Place was busy when we got there. That was a good sign. We were seated quickly and the staff was friendly. Our food took some time but it was well worth the wait. I'm sorry I was too hungry to take any pictures. I would definitely go again. If dinner style breakfast is your thing or even if it not, I would definitely recommend this place. View menu

If you haven't visited this gem of a diner yet, you are seriously missing out. Not only does it boast super cute 50s inspired decor and friendly staff, but the food is 100% on point. Just go ahead and consider this your new favorite spot in town trust me, you will not be disappointed. The hardest part will be deciding what to order as everything on the menu is fresh and delicious.

"This place really helped me adjust. I later learned that people gravitate towards certain bars, and I found my favorites, especially those with live music like Birchmere, Black Cat, 9:30 Club, Lincoln, Capital One Arena, and even the now-closed O'Shaughnessy's and Rock & Roll Hotel. One of my most memorable experiences was running into Rory Sheridan on one of my first visits. He was launching his DC music campaign back then and was part of Loud Boyz. We chatted a few times, and I even caught up with some old classmates. Another highlight was when I heard about a “reunion” night before Thanksgiving, and I decided to crash it. There were moments where people could be unkind or I felt out of place, but I was given some guidance on where I would fit in better, without the unnecessary drama. Being in Old Town, I was familiar with nearby schools like West Potomac, Mount Vernon, and Bishop Ireton. During my visits, I would often take an Alexandria cab or use Metro Access, being discreet about my disability since I felt embarrassed at times. Being a regular meant navigating the tourist scene, and there were people who seemed territorial about the place, but I ended up doing quite well when I sold my house. Good times continued with events like watching RG3 play for the Redskins or meetups organized by JT. I enjoyed New Year’s celebrations and weekend outings. I also frequented other establishments like Flying Fish before it closed, and O'Shaughnessy's before I decided to stop drinking. This is a sports bar located near a bicycle shop, close to the Ben & Jerry's I used to work at, along with many other walkable bars for bar hopping, like Union Street Pub and Fish Market. It can be a great place to have fun, but with the good comes some downsides. Overall, I felt well-hosted and respected here, despite some things I was not initially aware of or didn’t want to uncover."

"My friends and I went to Cheesetique for restaurant week. We sat outside. The space was great, the weather was great. Upon arrival, it took a server about 15 minutes to come to our table, and that was only after a friend went inside to ask for someone to service us. The server who had served our friends, who had arrived 10 minutes prior, was bartending. We ordered our drinks and food at the same time. The drinks came out relatively soon after. The food took a normal amount of time to come out of the kitchen. We got the watermelon, quinoa salad and truffle balls as apps. There was no dressing with the salad, just spinach leaves, watermelon, and quinoa. It was very basic. The truffle balls, although good, were balls of cheese. They gave huge cheese balls but only 3 tiny pieces of bread. We ordered a Mac and cheese for the table which was not salted very well at all. For the main course, we ordered gnocchi, pot pie, and braised beef. The beef and mashed potatoes were the best. The pot poe and gnocchi were not nearly salted enough. All the food came out 'warm ' at best. Dessert was fine. Overall, not at all worth the amount we paid for restaurant week. We were left disappointed. The service was slow. I do understand they might have been short staffed, but even waitresses who were not our servers looked as us, after being there for 15 min and walked past. We asked someone to get us water, which was never brought to us, so overall, disappointed in our dining experience, considering how much we paid."
