"Popped into Eugene for the weekend, and stopped in at the Washburne Cafe for Saturday breakfast. No regrets! The breakfast sandwiches were delicious, they tasted very fresh and were the perfect size to fill up in the morning without leaving you over stuffed. The hot chocolate and the hazelnut latte were both yummy, satisfying, and well balanced (not too sweet, not too bitter, not too heavy). The atmosphere of the cafe is cozy and welcoming without being cluttered or cramped, and it was lovely watching the fog roll through the trees over the Springfield Downtown. We will definitely visit again the next time we’re in town! Thanks for a wonderful breakfast!"

This is a charming coffee shop and café featuring both indoor seating and outdoor sidewalk space. The coffee is exceptional—some of the best I’ve tried in the Eugene-Springfield area. The menu includes a selection of breakfast and lunch options, along with some beautifully presented sweet and savory baked goods. The baristas are large in stature and provide quick, friendly service.

I visited the Washburn café and was blown away. They have created a beautiful atmosphere, the staff was very friendly and outgoing, and it had a very at home feel. I love that they make their own almond-cashew milk and also have gluten-free options. I can't wait to try lunch there soon. This is a place that I would visit on a daily basis. Support local businesses and visit this café as soon as you can!
