"Last night my husband and I were strolling in the area. I saw the store and decided to get some ice cream. There was one person ahead of me they got their order then left. The servers were busy making others for customers who were seated already. I stood patiently in line waiting my turn approximately 15 mins). I was the only one on line. The servers looked at me but did not acknowledge my presence.While waiting three women walked in. The eldest one asked me if I was being served. I said no I was waiting for the servers. She said ok. One of servers walked over, completely ignored me and started serving the three ladies who had just come in. At that point my husband who was seated asked me what was going on. I told him I was being ignored and we left.For reference I am black and the three ladies were white. I don’t know if that was part of the reason I was ignored. Either way I won’t be going back to this establishment to find out."

I ordered 3 ours of strawberries and they sent 1 chocolate strawberry it was a shame as it was for my children and no way to split it also they charged 2.50c for 1 tiny cherry!!!! So disappointed

Dark chocolate hot chocolate with pumpkin spice.?This place is a drive from where I live but it was worth it. The servers were very nice and very helpful.There are several seating areas and many food options to choose from.

Awesome place, just ordered here from Grubhub and they even called me to let me know they ran out of flavor I ordered just to see if there was something else I would like. I really enjoy this chocolate and coffee shop. It is the best coffee on Plant St. The macarons and afoggato are my favorite things to order. It is pricey but worth it. In more than one occasion they have prepared special orders for me like a whole pan of dark chocolate brownies. It's next to the hot dog place so it's easy to miss.

One of the best Açai Bowls in Orlando area!The location is great! I love the decoration and the cozy environment. This place is very family friendly with plenty of seating. Restroom is clean and tidy.The Açai bowl is my favorite thing on the menu!Staff are very welcoming and the owner, Maria, is such a wonderful lady. She loves to hear your feedback and is always available to talk to costumers.I feel so welcome that sometimes I like to add more condensed milk or chocolate chips on my Açai Bowl and they glady grant my wish!
