Ye Olde Centerton Inn

Dinner was delicious! The salad was so good! Everything we had was cooked to perfection. The filet with crabmeat was tender and delicious. I will definitely go back. This place is my new favorite! Staff was so friendly and caring.

Ate in the bar area on a high top table (we didn't have a reservation). The food was excellent. The service from the bartender was too. Atmosphere at Christmas time was amazing. Treat yourself. We all work way too hard. We deserve it.

Don't let a great meal slip by! The restaurant opens at 4:30 pm for dinner and you need a reservation. Warm and inviting ambiance and delicious fresh meals are always available. Reasonably priced with a garlicky Centerton salad...amazing. It's a delicious...well known salad around South Jersey! Definitely put your reservation inn and be pleasantly surprised!! 856-358-3201

We had another great dinner Saturday 10.23.21. We had the Bangin' Shrimp and we both ordered the Broiled Seafood Platter. We ordered the warm chocolate walnut bread pudding to go. Service was perfect as per all of our last visits. I would come here just for the Centerton Salad so the rest is icing on the cake. The bread pudding reheated the next day to share was beyond incredible.

What a wonderful experience we had two weeks ago at this historic establishment. We were greeted warmly by the staff upon entering. We were the only diners for the first hour! Our food was delicious and the chef even came out to ask us how our food was. The steak we ordered was better tasting than some steak houses. This place is a gem. We had dinner here while visiting the area. The restaurant is something on the upper side and we were dressed under, so I felt a little unpleasant. The dining room we ate had such a charm. The food was decent and for the price with dessert and salad it was a good value, but on the high side. We had four kids with our party and they were actuative. Great service, great character/charm, good food, price on the high side, but value. I'd be dressed right again and with the kids at home.

An absolute gem in Southern Jersey. First of all, the restaurant is the 3rd oldest in the United States, over 300 years old so you get a cozy colonial atmosphere. If the history isn't enough for you, the food is excellent. I had brisket egg rolls as myappetizer served with an au jus sauce and horseradish. The garlic house salad is so good, bursting with freshness and flavor.Finally, I had the New York Strip steak with fries. The fries were crispy and nicely well done while the steak was delectable.Just a perfect cut of meat, perfectly cooked. I've been here twice once last year, once just about a month ago. I know businesses have been struggling during the covid 19 situation so we really wanted to support them when indoor dining was available again and I'm so glad we did! The food was not only outstanding even better than I remember from our first visit but the staff was doing a really commendable job of making us feel safe and very welcome for our visit. Reservations are now mandatory, and they seemed to have diners spaced to no more than 1 2 tables per room. That really made the experience feel intimate and special.
