"We visited this establishment on Tuesday 7 November for dinner due to a $60 comp. We were seated right away. It took awhile to get our beverage order. After that everything flowed. I ordered the patty melt and my wife got the mushroom Swiss burger both were $20.99 each. The order didn’t take long and the food was hot especially the fries which had a nice crispy texture which I usually judge while eating first. Our server kept checking on us. On the way out we saw a back seating area which is more appealing if you don’t care for the smoke which I would of preferred. We wished we would of shared as there was plenty of food and it always gives another option to try another place if sharing."

Well... it's Vegas! Situated in the Rio, an older hotel with mediocre rooms and cleanliness, you can anticipate a similar experience at the restaurant.

I had a pretty disappointing experience, to be honest. I’m giving one star solely for the friendly host at the front. However, our server seemed really unhappy throughout our visit.

The prices are a bit on the high side. Either the prices need to be lowered, or the quality of the food should be improved. The Philly cheese steak was decent, but it was quite salty. View menu

The service is excellent! The waitstaff is attentive and friendly. There's a fantastic variety of dishes on the menu. I've visited twice, and both times, the food and drinks were wonderful!

Not great, to say the least. I dined here three times while I was at the hotel, and both the salmon and the Reuben sandwich were disappointing. The only meal I enjoyed was the turkey and avocado club. The prices are outrageous, too—$6 for a soda or coffee is just absurd.

Also, the TV in the main dining area was broken, which doesn’t really affect the food quality, but it does show a lack of care for the customers despite charging a premium. The only thing on was a kids' show with Smurfs—everything was blue! As a local, I’m really embarrassed that this is what’s being offered to tourists. I placed a room service order. After an hour I called. Was told I put in wrong room number...clearly I did not. Had my rect. After 2 hours no food. Called. Told same thing and that I hadnt paid. Finally they delivered and again told me I put in the wrong number. I showed my rect, my room card and my room number placard. So i dont recommend the room service for food. The cheesecake was not great.Staying in the Rio and this is only room service option but there are several other great options here to choose from with in the facility.

We stayed at the Rio hotel Las Vegas, and ate twice at the All-American bar and Grille. The food is delicious! The first night I got the hummus plate and the wedge salad, which was spectacular. The next afternoon for lunch I got the all American breakfast. Best breakfast potatoes I’ve ever had, crunchy on the outside soft on the inside and delicious scrambled eggs. Not an easy feat. The staff and servers were welcoming and attentive. The decor is absolutely beautiful with stone columns on the wall and blue wave lights on the ceiling. I highly recommend you eat there when visiting the Rio hotel in Las Vegas!
