"Our waiter, Rob Iliew, provided an extremely poor level of service. We waited for 15 minutes between his other tables without being greeted or offered water. Eventually, we had to ask a busser who our waiter was, as Rob seemed oblivious to our presence, even when passing by. Our cocktails took 30 minutes to arrive, while other tables that arrived after us were served their drinks and food long before we were. Rob appeared to vanish for long periods, and we were left wondering if we should just leave. Interestingly, he suddenly became attentive and quick to assist us when it was time to bring the check, which we needed early to make it to a concert, and we had to select a tipping option as we rushed out. If we had been seated in a different section, our experience could have been entirely different. The food was truly wonderful, particularly the marinara sauce, but unfortunately, it was completely overshadowed by the unacceptable service from our waiter."

Food came out different times and wasn’t the right food. And then too much.

Love the location, parking right next-door, and the restaurant itself is beautiful inside. It’s just a little pricey in the end unless you get pizza.

The experience was pleasant, though nothing out of the ordinary. The service was wonderful, and the food was tasty, but nothing particularly remarkable. View menu

We come down here every year for DragonCon and have found Amalfi to be a solid experience. There are always a lot of people with large crowds and they manage to maintain a good quality products, in spite of how busy it is. My wife got the lobster ravioli and loves it, gets it every year. I got the shrimp pasta and it was light yet filling. Our friend got the Pizza Amalfi, but found it soggy. The calamari was fantastic. We’d definitely recommend them.

The service here feels akin to what you'd expect at an airport, and the ambiance is just okay. Our server wore an AirPod throughout her shift, and the overall demeanor of the staff seemed quite unhappy. The manager was inattentive as well. My drink had a hair in it, and the tiramisu tasted old and was melted. Overall, it was a disappointing experience considering the high prices. While the main course and appetizers were good, I wouldn’t recommend this place for a special date night.

"My husband and friend came in to grab a sandwich. They have eaten here countless times and never had any issues, until today. They ordered two sandwiches, grabbed their drinks and sat at a table. 57 minutes later, they still haven’t received their food. or any update on how long it will be/sorry it’s taking a bit longer than usual). When asked how much longer it would be before, one of the staff said they were doing a catering order first. catering orders are made in advance and you would think they would serve the customers that are in store waiting). My husband then asked for his money back and stated he actually needed to get home not to worry about it. The woman at the counter had amply Attitude and stated the sandwiches were coming out right now. Do they just want them to wrap them up. My husband said that was OK. He really just needed to get going. The girl at the front then yells to the back “nah just throw them away they don’t want them”. The manger came out and spoke for a split second, again they had been here over an hour at this point, and after the attitude from the check out gal my husband wanted to wash his hands clean of it. The manger just said “oh it will be back on your card in a business day or so”I would seek better training for your staff. All of the company supers/project managers would come in and eat together weekly. Unfortunately we will not be back."
