"We had a wonderful evening. It was so nice sitting ourside on a ;mild evening. However, an older man sat down next to our table and had severnal cocktails and then began to complain about the noise at our table (we were a party of 5 with a well-behaved 8-year-old). He started to get nasty, but the restaurant knew him well and basically asked him to stop his beligerence. The restaurant could not have been more understanding our situation. The situation handled so professionally. We love Arte Cafe."

Thank you for the price fixed lunch. We enjoyed dining outdoors and the waitress was lovely.

Really poor. My order was missing ingredients. The food was very poor and there was a very off putting smell at the restaurant. Would not recommend. View menu

Our service today was poor. Our coffee was served 25 minutes after our meal came. We had to ask for several things more than once. We have eaten there five times before and never had a problem like this.

There was a wedding and they ran out of dessert so they tried to concoct a tiramisu out of random ingredients for us, and then refused to take it off the bill. Bad management, overpriced food, not going back.

We went for Happy Hour and only had one drink and the meatball appetizer, which was okay. The turn off was our waiter when we went to pay the bill with cash. He said, I can't take this, everyone pays with a credit card now. We won't be back. View menu

I try to eat here at least monthly. I have brought many friends from out of town as well as friends from the city, and all enjoy it very much. The menu is diverse, the wine list good, they are fair priced and the food is always good. I must admit that I have been here a few times when the service was quite bad and did not return for at least 6 months. However, that seems to have changed, so I continue to frequent it

I eat here a lot and have never had less than an excellent experience, from the food to the service. However, last night was an exception. I ate outside which might have been the reason-they were also very busy. The waitress screwed up the order for the appetizer and then tried to tell me that I ordered it differently than I had. She was a bit dismissive and left the bill on the wet table. I will probably continue to eat here but I wouldn't eat outside.

"When we called to reserve a table, no one informed us that there was a dining time limit of 1.5 hours. My friend wanted to invite more people to join us for dinner, but I was unsure if everyone would agree to the minimum charge of $60, including taxes and tips. I confirmed a reservation for 7 people during my second call, but ultimately, only 6 of us showed up. The table we were given was quite small, making it uncomfortable for six people, especially with the mandatory minimum spending of $60, as well as a 20% tip. For just two people, the minimum tip is 18%. I was confused about the dining time limit—was it two hours or 1.5? The party area was limited to just the backyard for additional seating. I was with friends who didn’t know the group well, and we arrived early at 3 PM, but we couldn’t wait until 6:30 PM. That’s why we ended up sitting at a separate table for two. Unfortunately, the restaurant didn’t seem to care and couldn’t arrange for us to be seated closer together. We had no choice in the matter. To make matters worse, the female waiter had a poor attitude. It felt like we were dining in a sidewalk market. She questioned another girl who served me ponzu sauce, apparently because I looked impatient when I saw her face. Her attitude only worsened after that. It seems like they need to train their employees better, as they seem unaware of how to provide good service. As for the food, it was just okay, typical of basic Japanese cuisine. There were too many restrictions! Customers are forced to adhere to the restaurant’s rules and limitations. I cannot recommend this place unless someone is specifically looking for a fast-food experience. In short, I don’t think I’ll be returning next time."
