"I understand that due to COVID, there are limitations on the menu and available seating, but shouldn't there be a greater emphasis on sanitation and cleaning as well? I spent three hours sitting in one of the main waiting chairs in the hospital, and during that time, I observed people sitting at the open tables. Not once did I see an employee clean or sanitize those tables. This is a hospital, and such procedures should definitely be adhered to here."
