"Decent Pupusas, not the best or even top 5. The revueltas had way more beans and cheese than chicharron, not balanced. Calamari good, the sauce was especially good, probably best taste of everything. Tamales de elote were bland and the horchata was ONLY available with water, no milk option, which makes for a very watery tasting drink, especially when u add ice on top. Staff was nice, waitress nice but u don't get the warm and welcoming fuzzies when u walk in at all and mind u, we were the only p … – show"

Come here for takeout all the time. Always delicious pupusas and reasonable prices

My recent visits have been wonderful—I've lost track of how many times I've been there! I usually order takeout.

Always order pupusas and they are great. Today I ordered chicken with salad, the salad was brown and disgusting. Really turned off. View menu

Food is amazing but lately the pupusas are more like tortillas barely stuffed and tortillas are NOT freshly made they are hard around the edges. Fix these two issues and it will be great.

Excellent food! I went with a couple of friends and we all ordered the same dish because it is that good. The ribs with rice and beans with a side of Maduro? Friendly staff and definitely a great place to eat.

The prices are reasonable and fair. If you visit this restaurant, I recommend trying the revueltas—they're a must! However, the skirt steak was a bit tough, even though I ordered it medium well. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was relaxed. Overall, it's not the absolute best, but it's certainly not bad either. View menu

I'm frustrated with myself for not discovering this place sooner. As a native Brooklynite who left NYC in 2004, I recently learned that this family-owned restaurant has been serving the community even longer. It’s definitely going to be one of my favorite spots. The Salvadoran Latin American food is fantastic, and if you enjoy sangría, don't miss out on the passion fruit version—it's incredible!

Ordered the half broiled chicken with oven roasted potatoes and beans. It was awful. While the chicken was moist It was not well seasoned, only thing i could pick up were traits of rosemary. Didn’t taste salt, pepper etc. The beans were watery af and tasteless. Clearly none of the chefs tasted the beans when making it. So much water in that beans it was like soup. The potatoes were again under seasoned and didn’t have that oven roasted taste and look. They were just at the point you could stic … – show
