"My boyfriend and I recently ate here. There was no wait to be seated, however the level of service was less than desirable. We ordered our drinks, and when they came out we went ahead and ordered our appetizer entrees (we expressed we wanted them paced). The appetizer salads came out together, and our entrees came out less than 5 minutes after. We brought this to our server?s attention, but her response was, ?Well, they didn?t have anything going on in the back, so they decided to just bring it out instead of it sitting back there getting cold.? So, instead, our entrees sat on our table getting cold. The pickle chips we not crispy it was like the were pre made, reheated, and soggy. Our entrees were luke warm fries COLD as if they weren?t even close to warm. I?ve read previous recent reviews, and do not wish to reach back out to management, etc. this review is for the owner/management to see and correct the issues."

My family had a great experience on Saturday. They were able to get us in and house us for our big party without any problems. Samantha was amazing! She made sure we had everything we needed. Definitely recommend asking for her when you visit this place.

beautiful place for friends and family. they sat on our big party right away. the service was fast and correct. eating was fresh and hot served. great wings. overall great experience. cheap specials and good happy hour offers. 2 for 20 menu with an appetizer was a simple choice. cheese cures were delicious. I wish I had pictures of everyone eating. thank you, beef. we're coming back.

Great place to watch the the game or grab a quick bite to eat to eat. The servers are very friendly. Our waitress was very upbeat, very friendly, fast and efficient. Adding on to my last review. Went back just recently and got the same waitress! Itwas comforting to know that the bubbly personality is genuine. She provided excellent service. My favorite items to get here arethe appetizer combo platter with bone in wings in traditional signature wing sauce, Yum!

The steak tacos for me are always great and my favorite grilled chicken strips with rice and brocoli for my son are always great. As you can see I started a late pic of our food. I couldn't wait to dig in. This is an excellent place to watch a game or enjoy a quick bite to eat. The staff is very friendly, and our waitress was energetic, efficient, and very attentive. I wanted to update my previous review because I just came back and had the same waitress again! It was great to see that her cheerful personality is the real deal. She provided exceptional service once more. My favorite dish here is the appetizer combo plate, especially the bone-in wings tossed in their signature traditional wing sauce. Absolutely delicious!

Done. So many chances. So much money down the toilet. Tonight's order was missing drinks and the burgers were raw (ordered Medium Well). 2 weeks ago I threw $70 in the garbage. Every single thing we ordered was wrong or horrible. Like the Steak Nachos with a sprinkle of cold shredded cheese and the only meat was 5 chunks of steak fat. I normally don't leave reviews but the customer service stinks too. I don't expect much but the restaurant and the corporate office didn't care enough to even get back to me with an apology.
