"My family and I went to this restaurant for Mother's Day last year. We observed that there were multiple items missing from the buffet compared to what was advertised. When we inquired, they explained that they had more reservations than anticipated and had to eliminate some items from the menu. Adding to the disappointment, the price was higher than what was initially stated. It would have been more appropriate for them to lower the price rather than increase it, given the circumstances. The food was only average and yet the cost was very high."

This was my first time dining at this restaurant and it was a fantastic experience. The service was incredible, with the owner personally coming to our table to inquire about our meal. It's rare to find such great customer service these days, but you will definitely find it here! The crab cake and lobster bisque were the best I have ever had. View menu

Olmsted Falls has very limited dining options. It’s a small place. Thus place is the only fine dining you’re going to find there. That being said, the food is delicious, the atmosphere is great and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. The price is high but if you appreciate fine dining and know what it takes to prepare a scallop, steak or piece of fish properly, you won’t have a problem. Loved it.

This was our fifth time trying to visit this restaurant in the past four months. It is extremely unprofessional for them to randomly close without notice. I recommend calling ahead to make sure they are open before you go. After reading recent reviews, it seems that their frequent closures due to employee illness or training new staff may be a result of poor treatment of the staff. This is a major red flag and concerning all around.

"Skip Panera, go here instead! I was in Berea for a few days and needed a place to do remote work on my laptop for several hours. This place came up with my search for coffee shops and I'm so glad it did. Right from the start I knew I'd found myself a local gem! The staff here are clearly well-trained, very friendly, and enjoy what they do. Lots of young people who know what they are doing and know a lot of the regulars who come in daily or weekly. The man who I assume is the owner/manager is also behind the counter in the morning, serving customers and chatting up everyone. The coffee here reminded me of the coffee from my favorite place back home, so naturally I approve of that! While here I had a breakfast sandwich on a tomato-basil bagel, as well as a turkey wrap with fire feta, a ham and cheese on brioche, and a chicken salad wrap (which is a specialty recommended to me by the owner/manager). All of it was delicious! Everything was light and fresh and ready in 5 minutes. For three days in a row I took up a window seat with an outlet, working on my laptop for about 6 hours. Lots of people came and went, lots of locals, lots of students and professors (who the staff knew from the college). Some people worked, did homework, others just chatted or grabbed their stuff to go. At peak business around 11-12, they had two people taking orders and were still churning them out in 5-10 minutes. I'm not sure when I'll be in Berea next, but I'm coming here when I am. I love this place and I wish there was a place like it in my hometown!"
