The restaurant is conveniently on 38th Street (East of I-5), with plenty of parking on the street and designated parking around the corners. The owners (couple), Vincent and Kenny, are fantastic and friendly. The food is delicious! If you're from Portland to Seattle or vice versa, VK VIET KITCHEN is the place. "Have not been here in about five years since I move. To my surprise it’s been completely remodeled and still has the same owners. Fast friendly service can even call ahead and order. Food is more flavorful and fulfilling then I remember and prices are still responsible. Honestly I would pay more for the service. House fried rice is the best."

"We went to Duke's for lunch on my birthday, we had a 1:30p reservation and the parking lot was packed, however, we did find a spot. From the time we entered and mentioned our reservation to the time we left, the experience was GREAT! Every employee that we came in contact with was so friendly and welcoming. Our server was so nice! We sat outside, it was a beautiful day. The food was excellent, we shared a large bowl of clam chowder and we each had the crab cake sandwich. No complaints whatsoever, the sandwiches were delicious and the sweet potato fries were great as well. We ordered drinks and they were solid as well. I highly recommend Duke's! Great place, great people, great food, great views."

"Overall probably the best Sushi place I have been to. Everything was very good, and prices were reasonable for the quality of food. There were lower cost options that would have left us as full available as well, sushi in general tends to be a bit higher cost. The Peppers were really really good Really surprised me, and the Sexy Edamame was really good! (I usually dislike Edamame). Overall a great experience!"

I have never had such a wonderful dining experience that I felt compelled to write a review. Everything was flawless, from the delicious food to the impeccable service. I highly recommend this restaurant."
