"I go to this Bojangles frequently, usually to get biscuits at 1pm on a weekday. We are in the south everybody loves biscuits no matter what time of day. They are always good I take them to work for the guys. We are big fans of the steak biscuit w/Texas Pete. I see the same employees all the time they keep that line moving in the drive thru. My order has been wrong maybe 2 times out of 50. A Only complaint is I wish sweet tea was more consistent, it needs to be the same sweet all the time. Still gets ??????????"

The food is good, but the spiced fries could be improved. Service is usually quick during the day, but it tends to get really busy at night.

Every time I go through the drive-thru, my order is messed up! It has been quite inconsistent... but this last experience was the final straw for me. I’m done!

2 piece white should be breast and wing. It was late when I got home. I was so disappointed to find a leg which I will not eat. The extra leg was for my wife who will not eat 2 legs. It shouldn't be this difficult.

This bojangles moves the drive through line quickly and efficiently! They always seem to get my order right and remember the sauce. I highly recommend the bo rounds, they are to die for! The bo-berry biscuit is delicious as well. Line can be a little long but shouldn?t have to wait too long. View menu

Met a friend for breakfast and Bojangles satisfied my expectations. Fresh, hot and generous with the French fries, just the way I like it. The restaurant was very busy, yet they still managed to keep it clean and the condiment area was well stocked. In all, I would enthusiastically come here to eat again.

The food is great just make sure to stock up on seasoning and sauces at home/work because they never send the right stuff. Also be wary of the salads sometimes they dont use the best greens I had a couple pieces I had to pick out of it. Forget about wanting extra of anything or jams for your biscuits theyll never come.

My favorite chicken and biscuit restaurant! They offer the most delicious chicken at an unbeatable price, and their cookies are simply the best around. Plus, they serve breakfast all day, which is perfect for those times when I'm craving a bacon, egg, and cheese or a sausage and egg biscuit in the afternoon. Everything here is fantastic! View menu

Although the food was great 10/10, the customer service was terrible, they were SO rude to other customers and not understanding for those who make a language barrier, not only were they rude to customers, one of the workers were rude to the other, this place would be so much better with good customer service. As someone working in fast food, customer service should be top priority.

I ordered a 4-piece meal, but I received no biscuit and only 3 pieces of chicken. To make matters worse, none of the pieces were strips; they were all the size of tiny nuggets. I've never had such a disappointing meal delivered to me. I'm going to share my experience on social media and advise others to avoid this restaurant. If they do choose to go there, they should definitely check their order before leaving.

"Even though this restaurant is an hour away from our home, it 's been our special occasion go to restaurant for years. We 've brought our parents here and purchased gift cards for our friends. I love the selection of creative vegan entrees, relaxed art house atmosphere, and live music. We 've always received friendly service and enjoyed our food in the past. This evening, for the first time in my life (at any restaurant), I sent back an entree. I was nearly in tears because I feel so guilty about wasting food. The replacement dish I received was even worse--what was advertised as pad thai turned out to be mushy noodles drenched in what tasted like rice vinegar, hastily topped with carrots and green beans. My husband tasted it and his face said it all. His words were borderline inedible. We were disappointed with the food, but we understand that on a busy Saturday night, mishaps with food can occur. Between us we have 30 years ' experience working in restaurants and have been confronted with many situations like this ourselves. What happened next turned our disappointment to anger: a manager came to our table with check in hand, apologized coldly, and seemed to think that comping the two meals I couldn 't eat had been a magnanimous gesture. She did offer us dessert, which I guess was a nice thought but not a substitution for dinner. I 'm giving a second star because my husband said his short ribs were very good, as was the appetizer. All said, we 're out $70 and I still haven 't had dinner. Side note: we advise purchasing bottled options if you 're a beer drinker. My husband is a professional brewer by trade and every draft beer from here has been flat and displayed off flavors. He knows what these beers are supposed to taste like, and it seems to be an issue with the draft system. Also, our entrees appeared about 5 minutes after we ordered them, which doesn 't seem like enough time for making things to order. Since writing this, it 's come to our attention that these changes are likely due to new ownership of the restaurant. The lack of hospitality combined with the lower quality food is sure to alienate their most loyal patrons, including us."
