"Update: After 3 terrible experiences they seem to be back to normal and everything was great. This Bojangles undoubtedly has the best service and friendliest workers in the whole area. The breading on the chicken is not cooked all the way and falls off the chicken, and doesn't taste good. The supremes pieces are tiny instead of full sized so I'm not getting my money's worth. This has happened the last 2 times and happened again today so I politely asked the cashier to make sure the chicken is cooked all the way since I also used to work fast food and know they are pulling the chicken out of the fryer before the timer goes off. She just shouted to the cooks to make sure the chicken is cooked.... This used to be THE BEST Bojangles but in the last month their food quality has completely diminished. This is the only good Bojangles around as every single one of them in Catawba county is garbage now with horrible service. After this experience I'm just done eating at Bojangles. So sick of paying for bad food and bad service. Just edited to add I just found a leaf in my rice.... absolutely unacceptable."

The service here is always with a smile that you can't see right now, but you can see it in their eyes. It's a rare thing for them to ever get my order wrong. I'll keep going there as long as they have Cheerwine and fresh grilled chicken!!

Always super beautiful and clean! Eating is always amazing and hot! Staff always have a smile and a friendly attitude. There's a Bojangles closer to my house, but I'm not going there anymore. Too many complaints and bad experiences! But I know when I get here, I don't have to worry about anything! I will always get the longer ride to this business, they take care of quality.
