"We had a fantastic culinary experience! I took my wife and three kids to this restaurant after visiting a local attraction in Port Clinton. I had passed by it a couple of times before finally deciding to give it a try, and I’m so glad I did! We were seated right by the water within minutes. Our server was patient and understanding with the kids' orders and made excellent recommendations for dishes to try. The Clam Chowder was the perfect starter. For the main course, I took the server's recommendation for their homemade seafood lasagna, and it was incredible! I was in such a good mood after dinner, enjoying the beautiful surroundings, that I even decided to order dessert—a lime cake that was absolutely delicious! My family left the restaurant happy and all agreed that we would love to return when we're back in the area."

Absolutely horrible. Walked in, told to wait. We do. Then some lady comes out yelling at us to sit down, “I suggest you sit down. And you should not let the baby walk around either” she’s one and a half. Needless to say we left since they can’t handle more than 2 tables at a time.

We stopped for a Sunday lunch. We opened the place and were seated immediately. Amy J. Was our server and did a fantastic job. She was very knowledgeable about all menu items and took excellent care of us. We had the walley dinner and it was perfect and one of the best walleye dishes I have had. The visit to Bootlegger's completed a perfect day for us.
