"Almost dead on Mother's Day. Made a reservation ahead of time and walked into a nearly empty restaurant with dirty dishes on a half dozen or more tables (most of which were not bussed for 90 minutes) and was told food would take 45 minutes. (Well, it's Mother's Day, and I have a res, so I really don't want to take mom and g'ma somewhere else at this point) ... waited over an hour for food (which everyone in our group liked). I wanted to like this place, but I would never risk waiting that long again, and not one employee we interacted with acted inviting, friendly, or appreciative of our patronage during the entire visit most wouldn't even make eye contact when passing our table. Overall, an uncomfortable, unpleasant experience. Bummed!"

No food after an hour. Most customers left without getting food. We waited but food was cold and service was poor. Restaurant was only about half full but no food coming out.

they had 2 server and 1/2 left the restaurant because they were not served. I waited 20 minutes and gave up. Others I spoke with were 45 plus min with only water on their table.

it took 5 minutes to get a gruß and water. 4 waiters ignore us in a relatiw empty restaurant. I asked for a shim to fix a very tacky table. no help to do this from the waitress, and no care on her part. I've been through this before. no geduld for it. went out and went to Chuy’s to come to the list. waited 20 minutes and had a nice meal. will never try brick house again.

The air was thick and sticky. The table appeared clean but was also very sticky. I was given water with something black floating in it. We had at least 3 different servers. I asked for a medium well burger and got well done, it was also a burger I could have made at home with a slice of cheese and lettuce. We watched our kids eat while we sat and waited 10 extra minutes to receive our food. I will not be back.
