"Broadway Bagel has been in this corner location at Broadway and 104th Street for over 30 years, and it is a charming and reasonably-priced restaurant in the neighborhood for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The bagels are freshly baked and the atmosphere is pleasant and not noisy. Various delicious sandwiches are also available. There is a toilet for customers, and a flat-screen television, but no WiFi. Drinks and food may be taken out or you can sit inside at any of the dozen tables. When I lived in Manhattan, I spent many days sitting with various friends at Broadway Bagel, and I always found the staff, manager and cashier friendly and professional."

Absolutely the best bagels around! They are massive and definitely worth the price. Plus, there’s an incredible variety of spreads to choose from! The only downside is that you can't dine inside, but this is only a concern during the colder months.

First time in NYC, ordered everything bagel with cream cheese and coffee. There may be better places serving better bagels or better coffee but for me the they delivered just what the doctor ordered. They are just fine and sometimes that goes a long way.

Efficient, quick service. Got a garlic bagel with jalapeños sun dried tomato cream cheese which was excellent. The coffee was pretty good too. My g/f got a bagel with egg salad which was also pretty good. It's a no frills bagel shop with really good bagels! View menu

I did break a rule by ordering a pumpernickel bagel instead of a plain bagel for comparison. The pumpernickel turned out to be quite enjoyable, with a satisfying crust and a nice chewiness. The lox spread was excellent, filled with generous chunks of fish. The black coffee was also quite good. While I won’t be dreaming about this place when I’m out of town, it’s definitely worth a visit.

there was a long wait but it was worth it! I got an everything bagel with lox spread and ate it in riverside park, and it was absolutely wonderful! they prepare your order incredibly quickly (if you only have one bagel, can’t attest for larger orders myself), so I was out in only a couple minutes. the lox is IN the spread. if you’re ever in new york and want a lox spread bagel, this is the place to go!
