"My wife and I decided to celebrate Valentine's Day with a dinner date and opted for the special Valentine's menu. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. However, we found that the fish course was overcooked and difficult to eat, and the dessert had a sauce that wasn't very appealing (it seemed to be a sugary drizzle). Despite these issues, most of the other dishes were quite good. We didn't request any remakes since the restaurant was crowded and the food was still edible, just not exceptional. Thank you."

Understaffed
Understaffed

The dining room was understaffed, resulting in a lengthy wait for an unsettling breakfast.

The ambiance was pleasant, but the service was average, and the food was disappointing and overpriced. View menu

Sadly we had a very bad experience. It was very expensive alas the food was not good. They bring you main dishes 2 mins after bringing the starters without any apologies. They bring you the bill 1 min after bringing the dessert. Nothing special at all

We had reservations for Thanksgiving evening. We had the choice to order a traditional Thanksgiving dinner or order from a different menu. We all ordered different meals from the regular menu and enjoyed them all, including deserts. It was nice to find a new place to eat that had a menu that pleased everyone.

We had reservations for Thanksgiving night and had the option to choose between a traditional Thanksgiving dinner or items from a different menu. Each of us ordered various dishes from the regular menu, and we enjoyed everything, even the dessert. It was great to discover a new restaurant with a menu that pleased everyone. View menu

We have eaten at Brown 's Stockyard Exchange on Thanksgiving and Christmas. It is nice to find a restaurant that offers a traditional meal or the regular menu on these special dates. Everyone was able to order something they enjoyed. The server was very busy but kept a great attitude and food was delivered in a reasonable time.

We have dined at Brown's Stockyard Exchange on both Thanksgiving and Christmas. It's refreshing to find a restaurant that offers both a traditional holiday meal and the regular menu on those special occasions. Everyone was able to order something they enjoyed. Although our server was quite busy, the atmosphere was great and our food was delivered in a reasonable timeframe.

"We 've ordered from this Garlic Crush location for some two years and always enjoyed the food. However, their quality in service and portions has steadily declined. Today 's experience will be our final one. I just picked up an order that included the kid 's kefta plate which according to their website comes: with hummus. Includes a small drink, pita bread, and your choice of rice, fries, or salad. We have ordered this item before and were satisfied customers. This is why we ordered it again, and the attached photo is why we are upset. No rice and dry meat. Mistakes happen, so I called to notify staff and see if I can swing back by to pick up rice. The staff member that answered was rude and dismissive. He said that an order of extra pita (why by the way, is a separate line item on our receipt) somehow...exempted us from getting the rice we paid for? I expressed confusion, even reading off the menu description, but he double downed that the extra pita requested would exempt the rice paid for (so two purchases would give one item). Then he told me to just order (and pay again) another side of rice or reorder the kefta plate. In other words, there was no solution. Mistakes happen, things get busy, whatever. But the restaurant was not busy this afternoon and the response I got was not okay. This location has become increasingly problematic with missing items and no basic foundation of customer service. Good luck if you get what you pay for."
