"It was crazy during the feast, but the service was horrible and the food was not worth the price. Was served bread but still had no water, silverware or napkins. Our drinks came out 1 at a time and we had to keep asking for service. They never came to the table to ask if we needed anything else. At this point the patio area was not that busy."

The ambiance is very cute especially the outdoor area. Liton was a very great server and attentive. Come during happy hour and you’re going to have a good time! They also give complimentary bread which I liked!

Was in NYC for Fashion Week and wanted to dine in Little Italy. Buona Notte was a fantastic decision for me and my friends. Food was delicious! The service was excellent! Absolutely fine Italian dining for those of us who do not get to experience it often.

"Food good. Location good. Service good. BUT, the hidden charges REALLY ruined an otherwise nice experience. Example: HH menu lists Martinis as a $3 upcharge to the $7 base charge. Fair enough. Bombay is a listed alcohol; requested. When the bill was returned I was charged for a Bombay Sapphire which is not on the HH list. Charge? $11 $3. I asked for Bombay, not Bombay Sapphire. Waiter: Oh, let me look into that. AND, by the way Blue Cheese olives? Extra $1. REALLY? I 've NEVER paid extra for BC olives ANYWHERE. AND the confusing menus that a dish as including an extra sauce, [and I don 't recall the exact language but it made it seem that an additional items could be selected as well. Oops, there goes an extra $10.95. AND, the waiter recommending a twice-baked potato. Bah, boom, another $5.95. [which in fairness is disclosed on the menu in a different location, but waiter made it sound as if it was a no-charge option on the surf and turf. AND the split plate charge which I don 't think was disclosed on the menu. Ding, ding, extra $3.00. Was this a waiter, who was overly up-selling or restaurant deception? Don 't know. As I said, the food WAS good. AND, the ambience [at least in the bar area, stay away of the hotel-ballroom-like main dining area was nice. Just beware the nickel and dime charges that the waiter won 't be disclosing to you."
