"Terrible food, awful service, and an overall disappointing experience! The owner refused to acknowledge that the food was disgusting, cold, and undercooked. The chicken was still pink, and the two staff members behind the counter just laughed and chatted in their own language. I'm at a loss for words... I just tried the Gyro over Rice meal that I always see others ordering, and it was fantastic! It tasted even better than it looked, and I’ve always thought it looked great. This is definitely the best Gyro in Ithaca, and perhaps the best restaurant in the area! View menu

I ordered a chicken dinner with rice, and the chicken was terrible! It had a foul odor. The owner, Abdul, was not interested in addressing my concerns. The quality was poor, and the customer service was awful. I recommend going around the corner to Enzo's, as they use halal ingredients, unlike this place! Save your time and money—don't come here!
