"We dined at the restaurant on Wednesday, November 8th, to celebrate my son's birthday, but unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The steaks were merely average, and considering the prices, I was expecting a bread basket. Instead, we were only given a slice of grilled Texas toast. The salad bar was lacking, with limited options presented in cheap plastic bowls. Our waitress was not very attentive and seemed uninterested in providing quality service. Instead of a traditional waiter, a young man in casual attire took our order using an iPad, which felt somewhat strange. The overall atmosphere was uninviting, characterized by high tables and harsh lighting, along with tacky animal print curtains and melted votive candles. To top it off, they only provided paper napkins. I cannot recommend this restaurant unless you are staying at the nearby Motel 6. Additionally, be aware of a random dog roaming around the parking lot—it’s not something you typically expect to find at a restaurant."

I had a wonderful experience during my visit! In fact, we've been there twice already. The steak is among the finest in the area—always perfectly seasoned and cooked. There's no need for steak sauce because the flavor is all in the meat. If you're craving steak, Carl and Chelle's is the place to go!
